Stronggirl is the most powerful hero known and Fiesta is her faithful protege, but can they be more? Fiesta desperately wants the love of her mentor but she's unsure if she's worthy. Will Stronggirl convince the girl otherwise or shoot her down? only time will tell.

(Author here! This is going to be a group of short stories. Also, while i will incorporate Anna's Point of view as much as possible, keep in mind that this is mostly centered around Stronggirl/Eclipse so a lot of it is from her Point of view. Keep checking for updates from me as we venture into my hero's world!)

Hero's Lover

The sun is shining high over head as we walk out of the hospital. I stretch my arms over my head, catching the worried look Fiesta sends my way when she thinks I'm not looking, With a roll of my eyes I start walking towards the woods. 


"Why didn't we have Warfalcon send a car again?" She grumbles from behind me. 


I snicker at her tone, breaking into a cough as she glares at me. 


"I prefer the scenic route, besides the fresh air is god for you." I smirk as she groans. 


Birds chirp in the treetops as we pass by, Fiesta being unusually quiet behind me which grates on my nerves. I finally stop in frustration and turn towards her. 


"You know if you have something to say then would you please just spit it out?" I groan. 


She looks up at me in surprise as she gulps. 


"Do you... I mean... Are you mad at me? For.. you know?" 


"I thought we had already been over this. What wasn't entirely your fault. Besides, we caught the guy didn't we?" 


"Then don't worry about it." I grin as I ruffle her hair before turning and continuing out trek though the woods. 


After a brief pause, I can hear her hurried footsteps behind me as she runs to catch up. With her worries taken care of she is more carefree and relaxed as we walk, joking with me as we dodge branches and tree trunks. A few miles in we come a crossed a steep incline and are forced to climb up it. As we get to the top Fiesta slips and starts to fall, but I grab her hand and haul her up. After letting her catch her breath I turn to keep going when she grabs me and forces me to turn, surprising me with how close she is to me with her breath fanning over my face and making my legs weak.
