This is a story about an ordinary girl in search of her lost magic in order to save herself and her kingdom from the hands of an evil sorcerer, because she is the fated princess of a royal family.

Forbidden Love

Her eyelids felt heavy when she tried to force them open into a thin slit. Bright light entered through the slit and hit her pupils immediately, making her squint as she struggled to open them against the sudden brightness around her. As her eyes began to adjust to her surrounding, she realised that she was back in her room in the palace. 


Mother? Are you still here? She spoke in her head. 


She tried to speak, but her throat felt so dry that it could crack any second. She tried to sit up, but her entire body felt heavy. Even lifting a finger felt like tremendous labour. 


She saw Ella walk in with fresh laundry and dropping them when she saw her eyes open. 


"My lady! You have awaken!" she exclaimed as she rushed to her side, bringing a glass of water close to her lips. 


I guess she isn't. I am alive again. She thought to herself.
