Chapter 55: Meeting Ethan Yet Again

Ethan walked into the room where Adam escorted him. Usually he did not pay much attention to him, but when he was told that he would be introduced to the Princess he was genuinely curious about this sudden turn of events. Surely he wanted to get involved in her affairs a little more, but he was not expecting things to be this soon.

When the doors closed, he remained standing there in reticence. Rhea was standing in front of a window. Having heard the doors close, she slowly turned around saying, "We meet again," with a smile.

Ethan smiled back and bowed, "So we did, Your Highness".

"You know what, you can drop the honorifics with me, but do use it when in public".

Ethan smiled broader, "Hm? Have you taken a liking to me?" He took a seat opposite to her.

"Don't get too cocky. We just know each other and I am sure we are close in age too".

"We had a mutual friend too".

"Let's not go there," she snapped at him, pushing a cup of tea towards him.
