Each day is a gift and not a given right.  I often say that to myself, to be thankful for every day and count my blessings. I never expected to be where I am at this very moment in my life. All I can be is thankful.  I didn't expect to run into him after what happened, but he saved my life on more than one account we were bound to cross paths again. I don't  think I have everything figured out yet ,and  I still don't  think I am worthy to have him in my life.  In my own opinion he has everything going for him and I'm just starting out.

Fated Collision

“ No they are about to serve dinner . I will meet you inside . I need to go clean my face up and redo my make up.” 


For the first time for duration of my relationship with Alexis ; I felt like I was a stranger to her within seconds she had put up her titanium wall and walked away. I made it back to our table and everyone was okay .As soon as I sat down Bryan looked at me all remorseful and I grimaced. Within a couple of minutes dinner was served and Lexi was missing in action. She appeared five minutes later from the direction of the ladies room . As soon as she sat down one of the servers brought her dish. She gave me a peck on the cheek and pretended to be okay and started eating . once we were all finished desert came out . It was chocolate cake and ice-cream, with either a shot of whiskey on the side or half a glass of warm milk.
