The surprise 2

I woke up from a very sweet dream this morning and which put me in a good mood. It is the second day of our honeymoon and I couldn't wait to see what surprises awaited me today.

I go to the bathroom and do my morning routine and get dressed. I wear a pink mini off shoulder dress with a white sweater with pink dolly shoes. When I come back to the room Adrian was nowhere to be seen. He must have gone somewhere, perhaps he is even preparing another surprise for me.

I ordered breakfast and it was delivered in the room, I had my food as I played candy crush on my phone. I ordered scrambled eggs and a tomato sandwich for breakfast. For Adrian I ordered some pancakes and orange juice, I covered the food for him to eat when he gets back. I played the game on my phone for a while before the door opened and my husband walked in.

"Good morning my love," I greet him as he came in. He smiled at me and hugged me before gently kissing me on my forehead. "Good morning dear, how are you ?" He asked me sitting next to me and having his breakfast.

"I am fine and you, how are you ?" I asked him shutting my phone off after I ran out of lives in a nightmarishly hard level. "I am good. I went out to make arrangements for our outing today."

"So what are we doing today ?" I asked him but he simply shrugged and went back to eating his breakfast ignoring my question. "Is it another surprise ?" I asked being ignored once again. "You know you have given me a lot of surprises this week that I don't know if there will be anything left for you to do for the rest of the year."

He looked up from his plate and straight at me "I am sure that for you I will always find a way to make every single day memorable and beautiful. You deserve all the beautiful surprises I have made for you and more." He said to me never once breaking eye contact with me making me blush from what he said. He always does this he makes me blush like this all the time, I wish I could make him blush the same way he does to me.

I look away from him to avoid him seeing how red my face was. He goes back to eating his breakfast, he concentrates on his food and ignores everything else. I watch him eat with such elegance and precision just like the royals do on the television. I know that both of us had an etiquette lesson when we were children but I simply ignore it. To him it seems to come so naturally and it does not seem forced.

When he is done eating he went to the bathroom to get ready. I opened my phone once more and played games on it to distract myself as I waited for Adrian to finish getting ready. I played for a while before he came out wearing the clothes he bought at the mall. He wore a pink shirt with white shorts and black nike sneakers. He looked so gorgeous, I don't think I have ever seen a man rock a pink shirt the way that he did. To say he looked handsome in his outfit is an understatement. He looked so heavenly in his outfit that I felt I was lacking standing there right next to him.

I feel jealous of how good he looks but I cheer up when I realized that our clothes were matching. We looked good together and the matching outfit screamed to the world that we belonged to each other. He is my every reason to be happy and I am glad that he is here with me. He took my hand in his and left out of the room taking my bag and carrying it for me. My heart beat raced in my chest at that courtesy and also because of how warm my hand felt where he held.

We entered the car this time without a tour guide. I kept trying to guess where he was taking me or what the surprise could be. He played a slow love song in the car as he drove towards the highway. I listened to the song and I couldn't help but relate to the lyrics of the song. I didn't even realize when I drifted off to sleep while listening to the song. The song was about two lovers who went above and beyond fighting all the obstacles just to be together. They fight the world which opposes their love for each other and emerge victorious in their fights.

Adrian woke me up when we arrived at the place where he was taking us. I opened my eyes and wiped the sleep from my eyes before I went ahead to check where we were. We left the car and headed towards the lake, it was a beautiful lake with boats and people. There were so many people at the lake but it was not very crowded.

The boats were decorated so beautifully and you could see others taking a ride on them in the lake. It looked like the boat was created for couples with flowers and a dining set in place. We walked to the shores of the lake and a man came to us and informed Adrian that everything was ready.

Adrian took my hand and helped me board the boat and I sat down next. The man sailed the boat further in to the lake, I played with the water which felt so nice in my hand. We went so far that all you could see was water. It overstretched far beyond what the eyes could see. The boat ride went around the lake so many times, there were also many other couples in the water also enjoying a boat ride while having a snack.

I leaned my head on Adrian's shoulder and ate some grapes and fed some to him. This was beautiful, I felt so calm and at peace looking at the water around us. So far I have loved every single one of the surprises he arranged for me. The boat ride was very simple but amazing, I wish that we stay like this forever.

The boat ride ended and we went to the shores, there were bracelets being made Adrian picked up the one with our names on it. I think he must have had them made before we came. He gave me the one with his name on it, and wore the one with my name on it.

I saw a beautiful teddy bear in the shop across the street, I walked her over to the shop to buy the bear. I paid for it and turned around to go back to Adrian when three speeding Mercedes Benz packed infront of me and five men came out and forced me into the car and drove off.

They blindfolded me before they sedated me and I fell unconscious in the car.
