The kidnapping 2

I looked over across the street to see Maja buying a blue teddy bear, I finished what I was doing and started walking towards her when three cars stop in front of her. And took her away with them, I ran after them trying to get to stop but to no avail.

They sped off and disappeared from my sight. I ran back to my car and called my secretary and told him what happened and asked him to meet me in my hotel room. I drove back to the hotel in a hurry thinking of how and what I am going to do to get her back.

I arrived at the hotel in an hour and parked the and rushed over to the room. When I arrived in the room I found my secretary talking to someone I don't recognize and the room was full of people who looked very busy. When he noticed me he came over to me " Welcome sir, I have already assembled the best investigation team in R city and they have already started looking for the young miss. They have informed me that the CCTV footage from the shops are on the way here as well speak."

"Good job, tell them to do everything they have to do to find her." Was all I managed to say at this point, my mind wasn't working properly so I just stayed silent.

"I have also contacted the local gang around the area where the young miss was last seen and they have agreed to help us look for her," he paused to allow me to process what he just said before he continued "I have also sent word to the spider house which is has the best hackers in the whole country and they have placed the best of there resources at our disposal. Six of their best are looking for any trace of the young miss around the country."

I listened carefully to everything he said and felt a little relieved that she might be found soon with all these people looking for her. I sat down on the bed and drank a glass of water to calm my mind in order to allow me think properly.

"The president has also been informed of what happened and he has secretly ordered the country's lockdown under the pretence of haunting for a terrorist. So the person who kidnapped the young miss won't be able to leave the country with her. I also took the liberty of informing everyone at home of what occured. Your brother who happens to be the king of the underworld has also asked everyone in the underworld to look for with the promise of a reward. He asked me to inform you that he is personally looking for and untold suffering awaits who ever dares to kidnap his sister in law." He informed me while doing something on his tablet.

I have received alot of information that my mind could no longer process what he was saying. I just nodded to everything he said because I barely got what he said. I didn't even hear the information about my brother that I was unaware of. I will process everything one by one after the whole thing died down.

"Your sister also called to inform you that she is also doing whatever it takes to help you find. She has placed the young miss's phone details inside the new game as a surprise task and close to a ten million players are playing that level once her phone is turned on they are sure to find her. Your younger brother told me that he punched the new drones on the air to track any and all movements to a fifty mile radius of the lake to help find her. Your father and mother have asked me to inform you that they have suppressed the media's interference in our search as they tend to blow things out of proportion. The Salvadors are also of the our current predicament, they have not informed me of what they are doing to help look for her but I have picked word of general De ville coming out of retirement and assembling his team to look for the young miss on the request of her grandfather."

My head hurts from trying to process so much at the same time. I lost count on what was said at some point, I can't believe how much this man can that to without taking a break. He is like a charter box without an off switch when he starts talking. He leaves me for a while and goes back to the people in the room to talk to them. As much as he talks too much when he is actually very useful. In just one hour he has managed to put so much together to find my wife. It must be the reason why I employed him as my secretary in the first place.

I close my eyes and the image of Maja carrying the teddy bear appeared in my mind. I sighed and tried to think of what else could be done to save Maja from those people who took her.

"The CCTV footage has already been brought and we have gotten the number plate of the vehicles that took the young miss. I have sent the plate number to your siblings and Maja's grandfather and the spiders. We are tracking the cars movements and the owners to find the person who took her." I heard him say just beside my bed but I was too tired to open my eyes.

My phone ringed and he picked it up somehow knowing that I wasn't going to answer it. He finished talking on the phone and turned to me. "Your sister was on the phone she has found the information pertaining to the vehicles the police have already gone to last known address of the vehicle. I will inform the others of the progress, tell me if you need anything." He said to me keeping me updated with everything.

I continued to lie down while I messaged my forehead, I could feel a headache from a far but I didn't bother with it. The movements in the room kept increasing. People were walking left and right driving me crazy.

"Sir, your friend Clara just called and asked to speak to you but I advised her against it. She asked me to tell you that you should remain strong and everything will be fine. Her brother is also helping us to look for Maja so you try to relax your mind. She said that she knows how you get when you are stressed so you should hear in mind that you haven't fully recovered yet from your accident. The doctor advised you not to be stressed so don't exhaust yourself." He left after passing Clara's message to me. I am glad that she worries about me but at the moment I can't think about anything other than finding Maja.

I wonder if she is scared or if they are torturing her. I pray that is fine.' Hold on Maja I will find you soon.'
