2.26.62 - They are back (2) - Mr. and Mrs. Jelly

Guan Fei's impressive demeanor was gone, as soon as she met him, her soulmate. He was leaning against the wall in the narrow corridor, in black clothing. With crossed arms he was looking down at the wooden floor, his eyes hidden behind the bangs. A few red scratches on the nose was such a contrast to his pale skin, which looked like it was pampered to the brim. His devilish lips, with rosy luster, lured a person in, and she too... wanted to have a taste of them. Rooted at the place, she ogled out his features.

Noticing someone's presence, Xuan Mu lifted his head, with firm steps and a doting smile, he passed through Guan Fei, towards a smiling girl behind. He offered his elbow for her to hold to, but his smile disappeared when Bing Shi didn't accept it as her interest was on something else, or someone else.

"Xuan Mu, you forgot to greet your sister," said Bing Shi, her gaze on a back of a woman in a white dress, "Can you introduce us?"

░I don't spend my time with Xuan Mu all the time, but we share our life experiences and memories. Sometimes he would try to make me jealous be saying which girl wanted to woo him.░

░True to his words...there are too many rivals. And out of all, Guan Fei, Guan Lin's daughter is the most interesting.░

░After her sudden change of personality, let's call it acting, each of her stepsisters and stepmothers, who bullied her, suffered a grand humiliation. She even sent a man who made a move on her into a hospital...To get rid of the engagement, she acted like a possessive woman towards her fiance Lu Ren! Such a good move, but not very efficient, sounds tiring.░

░She never confessed to Xuan Mu. During her acting, she would throw knives at him for stealing her dad. As soon as her acting was revealed, the hate changed into infatuation. Guan Fei challenged Xuan Mu in car racing, shooting, and all kinds of dangerous sports. Sometimes, she would send out suggestive vibes. ░

░Xuan Mu can see through a person right away; for him, it was apparent, Guan Fei wanted him. He refused the challenges every time... because... well... he doesn't like to waste time.░

Bing Shi nodded approvingly.

"Sis, this is Bing Shi," said Xuan Mu boorishly. Should he get rid of Guang Fei? His Bing Shi was getting interested in humans again. He turned towards Bing Shi, saying, "Bing Shi this is Guan Fei, my step sister."

"Guan Fei, we met a while ago," said Bing Shi, while holding onto her purse. Due to the incident before, she learned her lesson, no more shaking hands with others.

Taking a deep breath, Guan Fei turned around with a smile, "Brother." Glancing at Bin Shi, "Bing Shi. Yes, we did. Sorry for not recognizing you earlier." Guan Fei'd rather never meet Bing Shi. 'Only if I were here sooner, then, it'd be easy to get his heart. Who is Bing Shi to gain his affection? Did she save his life, and now he is paying her back?'

No, Bing Shi didn't save anyone's life; it was Xuan Mu begging her to hold onto his life.

"No problem. Weren't you in a hurry? I don't want to hold you back. It was nice to meet you, Guan Fei. Here, my contact info," Bing shi took out a business card and gave it to Guan Fei with a genuine smile, "Let's go for a carrot cake someday."

"Of course," said Guan Fei. 'What a white lotus' She accepted the card with a broad smile and left the couple with prompt steps. 'Only If he knew that I'm the better one for him... His loss, for refusing a soulmate.'

"Bye Bye," Bing Shi tugged at Xuan Mu's arms.

"Guan Fei, you changed," Xuan Mu said with a neutral tone, "For better."

Guan Fei stopped at her steps. "I know," she said. While leaving, her hips swayed right and left elegantly. Any man would salivate upon such a sight.

Seeing the leaving Guan Fei, Bing Shi wrapped her hand around Xuan Mu's, sighing, "Let's go home, I've learned enough and seen enough powerful people today. Any more, and I would start to feel inferior."

Xuan Mu nodded silently, his gaze on Guan Fei's seductive hips.

On the way to the helipad, they met Lu Ren. Searching for Mia, he stopped them abruptly.

Xuan Mu smirked. "Outside, in the back of the yacht. We are leaving first. Happy birthday," he said, pointing in the wrong direction. He was usually the one who had to save Mia from men's approaches.

"Happy Birthday," repeated Bing Shi while looking down at her high heels, hiding her mischievous smile.

"Thank you," said Lu Ren through his nose and ran towards the direction Xuan Mu pointed for him.

〖Dear PA, if you didn't try to pull out your claws at me, I'd point in the correct direction. Nobody is going to save you today. The only shield I'm giving you is my name. Use it well. Until I decide, to take it back.〗

░I know that if I was bullied, I wouldn't be able to stand up for myself fearlessly like Mia or Guan Fei. Am I weak?░

░While the strongest dinosaurs went extinct, the weak jellyfish, without a brain, survived until now. It's not about strength but adaptability.░

░Hm? Did I just describe myself as a Jellyfish without a brain?░

"Bing Shi, what are you thinking about?" asked Xuan Mu when he saw his girlfriend hiding her giggle with her palm.

"About dinosaurs and jellyfish." She continued to giggle, "I feel like a bad girl. I just imagined the pretty Mia and Guan Fei in a T-Rex costume."

"And you were in a jellyfish costume?" Chuckled Xuan Mu. Did she have to describe everything humorously?

"Yup," Bing Shi smiled gleefully, "The cutest one."

"What a bad girl."

"I know right? I'm such a badass," she said, flashing him a proud smile.

Xuan Mu laughed, "Bing Shi, you are asking for a kiss."

"No, I'm asking for a spanking for being a bad girl," she tantalized him mischievously.

"Are you testing my limits? Bing Shi stop playing with my feelings."

"Not until you stop provoking me ♪♫."

"Apologies to my Jellyfish Queen, continue playing to your heart's content," said Xuan Mu, ignoring the rising temperature inside of him, "I want to go home fast. This is unbearable."
