Part III: Goals and Plans

After a couple of weeks soil recovered from her injuries. She is still unconscious in the hospital. Moon plans another attempt to disrupt the stability of the sun empire

"Madam Moon! I am Crater reporting in!" An agent named "Crater" suddenly appeared.

"What do you have agent Crater?" Moon asked.

"Madam I have intel, Madam!" Crater replied.

"Just proceed" She ordered with boredom.

"Madam a fleet of sun merchants are spotted to have operations within the terra sea and astral lake." Crater reported.

"Oh yasssss. I love it. Send a fleet of moonlight frigates right away! Also, prepare my ship and crew." She ordered with enthusiasm.

"Madam yes, Madam. Right away." Crater followed.

"I see. That is what they are planning." A man with a magical bird told himself in a nearby inn.

Meanwhile in the Sun Empire, Sun met Fossil in his office as he reported the conditions of the prisoners from the last battle.

"All of the captured enemies are still distant to the guards. What shall we do sir?" Fossil asked.

"Gather them around the visitation hall of the prison. I want to speak to them. Let's see what I can do." Sun told Fossil.

"Sir Yes Sir." Fossil replied.

Fossil went as ordered and Sun went to the solar naval shipyard. Checked the fleet of a merchant ship that is expected to travel with him with the annual meeting with the dwarves and elves.

"How's the shipbuilding?" Sun asked the shipyard manager.

"Sir we did some test runs and the merchant ships are galleon type ships. It can reach the speed of 12.9 knots fully loaded. As for the escort ships sir, we built three types of ships as for vanguard we built frigates. It has a top speed of 16.7 knots fully loaded. Its crew capacity is 230 people. For the main escort." The shipyard manager reported.

"I just wanna interrupt for a second. How is my ship?" Sun asked

"As for your ship sir we coordinated with the core naval shipyard for building it and the 1st-rate ship you requested was fitted with a copper-plated hull, square sails, and expertly crafted guns Sir." The manager replied.

"How much can it load? What is the top speed? How many guns? And how many people will need it to operate?" Sun asked the manager.

"It can load as much as 10000 tons. It has the top speed of 12 knots on sail and 15 knots for an engine operated sailing. The ship has 100 guns both portside and starboard side. 10 guns for the bow and 4 guns for the stern. It needs as many as 1700 people to operate sir." The manager described the ship to Sun.

"Okay please proceed to the ships of the fleet." Sun kindly asked the manager.

"The main escort are 2nd-rate ships fitted with smooth and polished cannon and its capacity are 120+7. Each has a top speed of 13.6 knots fully loaded. For our rearguard, it is composed of man-o-war and brig ships. Man-o-war ships are 11.9 knots fully loaded and for brig ships, they are 12.7 knots fully loaded. That's all sir." Manager continued.

"Thank you for the hard work manager. Here take this as a reward." Sun told Manager.

"Are you serious, Your Imperial Majesty? T-this 5kgs of gold coins? T-thank you Your Majesty." The manager happily replied.

"Welcome, Manager. Always remember that those who worked hard deserve a reward. Secretary gather around all the workers and give them 3kgs of gold coins each worker." Sun replied.

"Right away sir," Secretary replied.

The workers at the shipyard are very happy for the rewards they received from the emperor and then one of the empire's agents showed up.

"What's your report, agent Wood?" Sun asked.

"Your Imperial Majesty, the Moon Realm plans to attack our ships that help prepare for the annual meeting." Agent Wood reported.

"Oh, I see. They still don't give up on their plans to disrupt our stability. First our technology. Now our trade? Secretary, gather all naval generals, marine generals, and coast guard generals. We will have a meeting later this afternoon. Carriage captain, please bring me to the Imperial Prison. Thank you." Sun ordered.

Meanwhile in the Moon Realm, Moon received intel from one of her agents and started planning something.

"So, they are having trades with the elves? Send some spies in there. Let's see what the ships are doing there." Moon ordered.

Then Moon went to their shipyard for their upcoming piracy missions. While on her way one of her spies suddenly appeared at the castle. The spy seems running from something.

"What happened, agent Rock?" Moon asked the distressed agent.

"Your Majesty, I hurried here to report. T-the Sun Empire is preparing for an annual meeting with other kingdoms. I-I was being chased by an elven soldier. It chased me till here in the capita-." Agent Rock told Moon and fainted.

"Thorn Arrow!" An elven soldier shouted.

"Clay Wall!" Soil suddenly appeared and kneeled.

"Soil! W-when did you wake up? Let me help you." Moon asked surprised while helping the soil to stand up.

Soil defended the agent and the Realm's Queen, Moon, and kneeled because of her injuries aren't fully healed yet. Moon went out to meet her officers for the upcoming sabotage for the Sun Empire.

"So, the Elven Kingdom are doing trades with the Sun Empire? Any report of what ship are they using?" Moon asked her generals.

"Your Majesty Moon. Based on reports the Sun Empire uses galleon type ship for their trades." General glass reported. 2-star Moon Navy general.

"Okay. Ready a fleet of frigates. Another thing is there will be an event in the Elven Kingdom that includes Sun Empire. Does anyone know about this?" Moon asked.

"We don't have any intel mistress." One of the generals replied

"Okay, let's wait for Agent Rock to wake up," Moon told her generals.

After a couple of days, agent Rock recovered from his wounds. He reported everything to Moon and after that she went back to her meeting. Meanwhile, Sun went to meet the Moon Realm soldiers that were captured last battle in the Imperial Laboratory of the Sun Empire. He tried to negotiate with them and after 2 long hours of talking they have terms that they agreed with. After his meeting, he went into his palace for another meeting with his generals.

"Good Afternoon Commanders. Our agenda for today is about the security protocol for the annual meeting and the security of the fleet during preparations." The secretary stated.

"Let's tackle the preparation security first." Sun chose the topic.

"Sir base on our intel, Moon Navy plans to attack and loot our ships." Agent Wood reported.

"Based on my records the fleet of ships that we sent to help in the preparations are old galleon type ships that were built back when my father is the emperor and those ships are for dismantling right?" Sun asked.

"Yes sir. For that, we sent an escort team of corvette type of ships as an escort ship." General Sand, 3 Star General of the Sun Navy, told the board of generals.

"Excuse me sirs urgent report! Moon Navy attacked a fleet of ships that we sent for the annual meeting." A soldier suddenly entered.

"What is the battle report?" General Sand asked the soldier.

"We lost sir. The fleet was sunk in battle. The survivors were rescued by the elven navy." The soldier reported.

"We must tighten our security general. The escort ships were a small fry compare to what the Moon Navy have. Send a fleet of snow type ships as additional to the previously formed escort fleet." Sun ordered.

"For the annual event sir, we prepared the formation of shi-" General Sand was interrupted.

"For the annual event send a formation of assorted escort ships in the front and rear. Then for the sides put 1st rate ships in there and put my ship in the very front of the fleet." Sun ordered.

"But sir that will put you in-" General Sand was interrupted again

"Just do as I say. I don't want any objections. If the Moon Navy will attack us then attack us. I won't hesitate to sink them all. You understand that general?" Sun stated while the room's temperature suddenly increasing overtime.

After Sun's order, the room cooled again.

"Any more concerns, Your Imperial Majesty?" General Sand asked.

"The meeting is adjourned," Sun announced.

He went back to his room and rested after their dinner. Meanwhile, Moon and his Generals are planning for the event and at the same time celebrate their victory against the Sun Empire's fleet.

"Good Job everyone I am sure that Sun was annoyed about what happened earlier. But we are not done yet. We must ruin their annual meeting so they will disappoint other races that are included in the meeting." Moon told her generals.

She stated the plans and adjourned the meeting. And the day of the annual meeting came and each side is ready for their plans.

"Let's start sailing everyone. All hands on deck. We are about to go." Sun told everyone.
