Part LVII: Prelude to the Final Battle

After a week, Star was still in control of Taiyou City. She held a meeting with Achernar and Catacius. They were in the palace’s war room where their generals were gathered.

“We were here for more than half a year and the realm won’t bow to their knees. Tell me, what keeps their ego all fired up?” Star asked as she looked at the map using their hologram.

“Madam, the only place you took is the Capital of Sun Empire and Pleione Fortress. The Sun Emperor has an ego that is sky high.” Achernar told her.

“What do you mean? What is Sun Empire? Who is the Sun Emperor?” Star asked as she sharpened her look.

“Madam, hundreds of years ago, the children of Louis and Margaret Solar divided the Human Realm. Then, the Sun Empire and Moon Realm was born. The second Sun Holder became the Sun Emperor and the second Moon holder became the Moon Queen and the mythology said that you were the one who cursed them.” Achernar told her as Star’s face became angry.
