Chapter three

Beatrice and her husband just sat inside the room staring at Celina's dead body, not letting her friends or their own friends come inside. Beatrice was crying hard, blaming herself for what had happened to her daughter.

" if I didn't call her, if I didn't distract her when she was driving, my girl would have still been alive " Beatrice cried on her husband's shoulder.

All of a sudden, the machine started beeping again. Beatrice and her husband ran to look at their daughter who was breathing heavily.

" doctor. doctor " Clinton yelled running outside.

" my daughter, you... you are alive " Beatrice kept on crying and rubbing Celina's hair. The doctor rushed in and started running some tests on her. To his surprise, she was well and alive.

" this is a miracle... from the lord... this is the Lord doing " the doctor said happy and amazed. To see someone that comes back from death, is not something you see everyday.

" more like the devils doing " Celina whispered. " well I still thank him because I'm not ready to die just yet " she kept on whispering.

Celina's flashback, when she was unconscious

" hey Celina " the guy with white hair and red eyes called. Celina turned and was staring at him with teary eyes.

" why are you crying " he asked.

" I... I'm de...dead " she burst into tears.

" is that why you are crying? "

" isn't it obvious? " she asked already getting angry. First, she's dead, second, she's in a dark place with someone she doesn't even know.

" sorry " he apologized.

" your sweet and soft voice becomes even more beautiful when you apologize " she smiled. " I want to use this chance to ask you something " she said looking down at her feet.

" who am i? " he asked.

" how did you know " she asked surprised. The guy smiled, but Celina couldn't see it because it was dark.

" I am the son of the devil " he said. Celina coughed at those words.

" what? " she ask confused.

" I'm the devils son " he said again.

" and how are you related to me? " she asked even more curious than ever.

" I won't tell you that. All I can only tell you is that I'm coming to get you when you arrive home. That question is for your mom and dad to answer " he replied.

" hey I'm dead, how will my mom and dad tell me everything? " she asked confused.

" I will never let you die. Now turn around " he ordered. Celina then turned to the other direction and was waiting for something to happen.

" I'm waiting " she said but got no response.

" are you there? " still no response. She turned back and to her surprise, she saw no one.

" did he go? " she asked herself. But then she remembered what she had told him about him turning his back on her.

" that's so sweet " she smiled. " wait, I thought he wanted to take me home " she said as her eyes widened. " hey come back " she yelled. And continued yelling. All of a sudden, something was was happening, a white light moved from afar and was coming close to her, in fact it swallowed her. And that was how the dead Celina came back to life.

After an hour, Celina said to herself that she had already had enough rest, and it's time to question her parents. She woke them from their sleep by throwing a pillow at them.

" Celina what's wrong? you want water? I'll get it for you " Beatrice hurried to get water but Celina stopped her.

" I want the whole story about me and the devils son, now" she ordered. Her mother stared at her surprise on how she found out.

" how did you know? " she asked with a shaky voice.

" the one that revived me, was the one that told me "

" you met him"

" yes. And stop asking me all this questions, just tell me what going on" she said raising both her hands up and making a round circle with both her hands in the left hand right direction.

" my daughter, I will tell you" she took a deep breath then..." you have this special blood in you that every creatures in this planet world wants. That blood is the mixture of a vampire and a demon that you've inherited from your grandma " she paused.

" wow, that's awesome. And? " she really wants to hear the story.

" when you were three, you were killed by a demon. As the demon was about to drink your blood, that's when the devil arrived "

" what were you and dad doing at that moment? " she asked curious.

" you see that mark on you dad's back?, it was caused by the demon " she started crying.

" the devil killed the demon, we had no choice but to beg him to bring you back to life, and that was when we made the deal, that you would get married to his son. We had no choice, as long as you were alive, it's worth it " she cried out.

" what if I don't marry his son? " Celina's a asked.

" your father and I would be sent to hell to suffer. I wanted to get you and Xander married since you liked him. We care for you happiness, you should get married to Xander" Beatrice said holding her daughter's left hand.

" okay go back to sleep. I want to sleep" Celina said then closed her eyes. Her mom and dad went back to the chair then they sat down to sleep.

day break

Clinton woke up, he looked at Celina's bed but she was not there. He checked the restroom, but she still wasn't there. He woke his wife to ask her but she didn't know. They decided to call Celina's phone, but then they saw a message from Celina.

" I'm at home" Beatrice read the message.

They rushed home and after reaching getting inside, they started shouting her name.

" Celina" her mother called worried. Celina came out smiling.

" why are you smiling like that? " Clinton asked really concerned.

" it's my birthday. I came home to arrange everything. look at my decorations " she said still smiling.

" oh" was all Beatrice could say.

" come let's celebrate, my friends are coming. And the rest of the family "

" are you alright? don't you have any injury anywhere? " Clinton asked checking her.

" I'm fine. The devils son treated me well" Celina replied.

Two hours later, people started arriving, the house was really filled with people and even the social media. Don't forget she's a star.

Around 8pm, every body had already left. After Beatrice and Clinton escorted the last person out of the house, they entered the house and to their surprise, Celina came out of her room holding her suitcase, with a white haired man, looks like he's in his early twenties, filled her from behind.

flashback to last night, after Beatrice told Celina the whole story and after they went back to sleep Celina's dream.

" can I at least celebrate my birthday with my parents. first? " Celina was asking the white haired guy.

" okay, I will pick you after your party" the guy replied.

" w...wh... who are you" Beatrice really sound terrified.

" I am Devon,the son of the devil you made a deal with" he smiled.
