Iris walked through multiple corridors until she finally arrived at her destination, the new workplace of doctor Polendina, deep underground of Schnee's mansion.
"Ah! Miss Iris, so glad to meet you, I heard you have something for me?"
Asked excited doctor who after years had finally free hand in what he could build, with just a few restrictions that any test was to be made in another location, to which doctor fully agreed.
"Yes, sorry for this short notice, but with all the work around there, Aegis wasn't able to get there himself."
"Ah, that's fully alright, I heard he wish to go public today?"
"Yes, and that's one of the reasons this duty falls on me, now that you are there, we wish you to help us with these projects."
Iris said as she gave Pietro her scroll, and after reading for a while, Pietro frowned.
"Miss Iris, I thought it was clear I do not wish to build them just to enslave them?"
"Yes, and that's the reason why we need your hand, in short, what we categorize your daughter Penny as a SMART A.I thus, having all rights of the common citizen, we wish to build a DUMB A.I, that could work in everywhere where either human/faunus or SMART A.I don't need to or would be at risk like in these blueprints."
"...I See, yes, yes that could work, and with these adjustments, we could know IF the A.I get self-awareness... You will permit it yes?"
"Of course, IF the DUMB A.I become SMART A.I she/he will fall under same rights and privileges as rest of Solitas Kingdom citizens..."
"Then I will help you, just to build a future for these new souls..."
Pietro said and once more looked at the blueprints of three battle droids, Mechs that would serve as cannon fodder, Spider Mechs that gave Pietro shivers, and Tank Mechs that made Pietro pity any enemy that would face them...
All fully operational through DUMB A.Is with kill switches in Aegis hands...
Pietro was glad that they didn't look human or cute as it would pain him sending them to death, but like this, this wouldn't be a problem, especially when Aegis himself said that any SMART A.I like Penny should have a human/faunus image as to fit in society, to which Pietro agreed on...
Still just the possibilities of fully automated factories that run just on DUMB A.Is made Pietro wonder how the future would look, yes there would still be in need of organic hands but the possibilities were endless...
Iris seeing the doctor retreat into his mind, sighted and quietly left, she had enough experience to know not to disturb genius scientists...

Aegis stood on a podium, podium on newly rebuilt Atlas, after months of work the Atlas was finally rebuilt into the true image of the futuristic city, into power seat of Remnant, all that was thanks of the united power of all building enterprises, semblances that were just made for construction work, the construction mechs that were in hundred of thousands and many more little details that made construction on such scale finish from years to months...
And now he stood on the podium and behind him calmly waved the new flag of Solitas Kingdom, white background with a blue snowflake inside...
And all around him were people cheering, the cameras run live, and photographs were flashing, Aegis still didn't understand why though, technology for silent photography as standard, and yet they still used flashes...
Then came another detail, Solitas new R&D came with a new type of Drones that were using anti-gravity tech to silently hover in the air, and to those who didn't know, these Drones looked like just living cameras and reconnaissance drones, yet they hid two laser cannons and one stuns gun...
In short, they were hovering machines of death...
Still, Aegis had a speech to make...
"Citizens of Solitas Kingdom, and residents of Remnant, today im standing before you proudly as new King of Solitas Kingdom that was raised from ashes of Atlas and its Council, today I announce to the world birth of MINE Kingdom, and this new ERA for Remnant!"
Aegis said and waved his hands in signal and drones widen their sight to see the background.
"AND THIS IS JUST START!"
Aegis said and there were cheers around Aegis as the screen showed newly rebuild Atlas city that hovered in the air under the blue hue of anti-gravity generators and two newly build Sentinel bases around it with one entire fleet of airships...
And that sight made all in Solitas cheer in joy as they saw the strength their new nation wielded...
Yet they were alone in it, for the rest of Remnant looked at it with fear...

Ozpin, who sipped from his mug, put him down as he heavily sighted, there were multiple notifications on his scroll for not accepted calls from multiple people, most of them members of Vale council and other headmasters...
Yet he didn't have the strength to deal with them for now, all he could do was to look into the screen that showed newly build Atlas and the face of a boy that always made him feel both threatened and relieved...
Ozpin didn't know what to think, in his long life, there was never such a situation that would so much throw him out of the game and yet...
"Yet..."
Different didn't mean good...
"Yet it didn't mean a bad either..."
Ozpin sighted, he was too old to deal with this, yet if not him, then who?...
"Hm?"
Ozpin looked and a surprised look crossed his face, for he saw new applications for Beacon studies...
"Weiss Schnee... Pyrrha Nikos Schnee... Harriet Schnee... Nora Valkyrie Schnee... Lie Ren Schnee... Wish to attemp next year..."
Ozpin was old, not senile...
He could see the pattern, and yet...

Ozpin said as he looked back at the face of a young man who never stopped to amaze him...

"No rest for wicked huh..."
Ozpin slowly accepted the call and prepared for the music he would hear for the rest of the day...

The rest of Remnant was the same, people were either worried about new Atlas, no Solitas Kingdom that looked even more militaristic led than the previous, and yet nobody dared to make haste move as not to provoke the sleeping Grimm...
Yet one thing was clear, the Remnant is in a new era, if it is bad or good, for that they would need to wait...

In underground deep under one of Solitas mountains, alarms blared as personnel rushed to their designated positions and security manned defenses...
In the control room were people who quickly looked through all data and screens in horror.
"What do we have there?!"
"SIR THE SECTOR 9 WAS BREACHED!"
"HOW?! Grimm worms are in Salem's hands and she is our ally!"
"IT ARENT GRIMMS LOOK!"
"MOTHERFU--!!"
"CODE: ALPHA! ALL PERSONEL INTO BUNKERS! SEAL THE FACILITY AND SEND FOR HELP!"
The head of red queen facility said as he watched with morbid horror as one of the sector's 9 walls crumbled, and from there, monsters from mutated flesh came...
"SEND THE CLOSET TEAM TO HOLD THEM!"
"SIR!"
"WHAT NOW?!"
"S-SECTOR 8 IS TOO BREACHED!"
"FUCK!"
