Chapter 95

After taking Kingslanding and the Royal family into custody, the war has officially ended for the better of the Continent. Maximus sent out Raven's to all the Lord's of Westeros to come and swear their fealty to the new ruler of the Westeros, and also because he will pass judgement onto those captured during the war and to those who rebelled.

Any Lord that doesn't arrive to swear their fealty will be hunted down and executed, and their lands will be given to another Lord who is Loyal to the crown. Maximus had given all the lords 3 months to come to Kingslanding since he planned to restore Kingslanding and make it look better in that time.

The Vale, receiving the news that Kingslanding was taken, had pulled their armies back, seeing as they were now fighting a losing battle. The Lord of the Vale, Petyr Baelish more commonly known as Little finger, has decided to change sides and support Maximus since Cersei is captured and so is the King.

He hopes that by doing this he will be able to keep his title as Lord of the Vale and his seat on the small council.

He has never met with the Emperor, so he doesn't know if he will get what he wants, and he will find out once he reaches Kingslanding.

All the Westerland Lord's had surrendered once Lannisport was taken by the Reach army, ending the War. Though, some lord's still didn't surrender and tried to fight back against the Reach army and were either captured or killed.

The Riverland's had still remained in open Rebellion even after Maximus gave them a chance, so he sent Julius with an army of 50k Elite soldier's to deal with them. He had ordered that all lord's of the Riverland's have been denounced of all their titles and stripped of their noble status.

He had already given them a chance, and they refused, so now they must suffer the consequences of their decision. All Lord's will be brought to Kingslanding after the war to be sentenced, and any Lord who dies will just be dead.

All of this happened within the first week of Maximus taking Kingslanding.

Now he was sitting down with Prince Doran who wanted to discuss what will happen to Cersei.

"Prince Doran I promise you that her punishment will be worse than death, in fact I think you will like the punishment since she will suffer something similar to what happened to your late sister only worser, but I won't go into too much detail since I will announce her fate on judgement day" Maximus was referring to the day when the Lord's of Westeros will come to Kingslanding to swear their fealty and also those who were captured and branded as a rebel will be sentenced to their punishment.

"I Trust you your majesty, so I will see what how she will be punished before I say anything" Said Prince Doran. He had heard from some other soldier's who were saying that Cersei might get the Blood Eagle punishment. And when he asked what that was, he must say that even he thought that was a little cruel.

Prince Doran had stayed and talked with Maximus, getting to know him more. Maximus had learned a few thing's about Prince Doran as well as they became closer to forming a friendship with each other despite their age differences.

In Winterfell, all that could be seen was fire as the bodies of the dead were burned by the Night's watch. The 100 Asgardian's had turned the tide of the battle for the Night's watch and saved thousands of lives.

The Night King who was beyond the wall wasn't even fazed by this defeat, since that was only a small portion of his army. He wanted to test the defenses of the wall before he commits his full forces to attack it.

The number of undead he had were numerous, and the number that died during the attack didn't even hurt his army.

But what he was worried about was the new 100 soldier's who by themselves turned the tide of the battle in the favor of the Night's watch. He had never heard of nor seen them before, so he figured they must be new or that a new age of hero's is upon the world.

If that is true that those are this era's hero's then he might need to proceed with caution as he didn't know how powerful they were.
