Mari/Marielle (white wolf pack before the war)

I don't get why he chose that, Lina girl to be his mate. A normal, scrawny beta werewolf. When here I am, a white wolf. A pure white wolf that could give him power. All the power Elize will need.

I gritted my teeth as I remember how he reject me. He straight told me that he had chosen his mate and to don't bother him anymore.

Maybe the girl is good in bed. But then again, I know I'm better.

"Mari, babe your phone is ringing."

I heard Will, my sorry excuse of a mate called.

"I'm coming." I answered in a sweet tone. He's been like that, idiot. Stupid and believe me on whatever I say. Head over heels in love. But I want more. I want power, I want Elize, a lycanthrope. The highest of them all.

I picked up my phone scrunching my eyebrows at what I saw. Unknown number.

Who might this be?

I pressed the green answer button and put the phone on my ear.

"Hello?"

"Marielle, I have heard your not so subtle interest on Lycanthrope's very own Elize."

"What? What are you talking about? Who the hell are you?"

"You heard me, you know what I'm talking about. I am conducting a war against Elize. I am going to bring back my mate Lina which he stole from me."

"I don't get how that concerns me."

"Some time from now, Elize will seek help from your pack. Your pack will be his ally and you....will be.. My ally."

"What makes you think that I would be your ally? You said to yourself that I have interest on Eli not you whoever you are."

"Once I get back my mate. You will get a chance with your almighty Eli. Think about it. Just think."

And by that. The phone call was cut.

Elize (before the war)

"Our forces isn't enough for them. You should have a plan b. There must be some people out her old pack that cares for her just like you do."

Milly's voice have been loitering in my mind. She's right, whether I admit it or not. I need a back up. I may be a lycanthrope but Jasen, Jasen never play fair. I'm sure he will do things that we would never expect him to do. So we should play his game. Do things he wouldn't expect us to do.

With a bulb that animatedly clicked on my head. I grab the files that I borrowed more like stole from Jasen's pack.

I saw there. Argus and Kaden, Lina's brother I presumed.

I hurriedly dial their private numbers.

"This is Elize, I know we aren't in good terms but, your alpha Jasen, will conduct a war against me this week. He wants your sister back. If you care for her, at least for a bit. Help me. On the best way that you can, I know you know she doesn't kill your parents. But please, don't let pride get away of letting your sister safe. Its not too late."

And with that, I hung up. They might tell their alpha, but its worth the chance. They're connected by blood. And that isn't to be underestimated.

(War time)

Jasen is looking at me with his eyes wide open. I am surprised too. Didn't know they would do that kind of stunt.

My eyes drifted on Lina, Milly is injecting her with a Lycan's blood to strengthen her immunisation and for her to wake up.

I laughed at Jasen.

"Do you seriously thought that you can defeat me that easily?"

He gritted his jaw in response, I can see some black furry hairs sticking in his skin, a sign that he was about to shift.

With the same time that he shifted, I do shift too. The huge human size werewolf sure intimidated him but he showed no fear.

His eyes are long gone. He can't control his hatred. All he wanted was to kill me. Taste my blood. Snap my head out of my body.

I can see the eagerness in his eyes. He attacked me which brought me to my senses. He placed a huge gash on my chest which left me growling.

I run fill force towards him and throw him right on the big tree which he whimpered by the strong contact in it.

He slowly stood up, wiggling his head in the process as he once again attacked me. He aimed for my leg. He bite it and I tried to kick him but he wouldn't bulge. Instead, his bite gets deeper and deeper.

I ran in the tree that I threw him up in earlier and kick his body in it which resulted in him letting my leg go.

He sure bite hard.

I finally felt irritated by his presence as I tried to corner him by biting his neck.

I'm getting weaker from the earlier fight and the wounds that he gave to me. I need to finish him soon.

"Eli!!"

My bite slowly get weaker when I heard Lina screamed.

"Don't kill him! He's just blinded by love! H-he isn't in his right mind right now!"

She may be right but, I can't let Jasen interfere on us anymore.

As I turn my head on Jasen's place to finish him I find him missing.

I growled loudly and look at Lina's place.

Jasen's wolf is slowly inching closely in her.

I hurriedly run towards their place but Lina's palm stopped me.

"Wait, stop" she said.

"Jasen please stop this madness, they're dying already!" She tried to talk to him.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry I leave but, you rejected me! Please understand I love Eli no-ahhhhhhhhh"

And here before me, I stand in front of Lina's body...headless..
