Something Hiding

Kyran didn't know where he was and who he was dealing with.

But knowing Rex's past, and also the uniform Lieutenant Beard was wearing, he must be in the military base Rex was stationed on—the Noob Box. Not much was known about him at this time but from Edward, Kyran knew that the time spent here was not funm.

Even Edward, who was relatively open to questions, was reluctant to talk about this.

All Kyran knew was that Rex, Edward, and someone else had been selected, and trained for the same task. Judging by his surroundings, Kyran realized he must be reliving that time—a time so brutal that Rex's soul carried it as deep-seated trauma.

It must be the case as Lieutenant Beard seemed to be a ruthless person.

"Since I heard you hated the Werewolves so much, let's take this up a notch..." He said.
