Despite knocking a few teeth and breaking a bone or two, he didn't stop.

Anyone or anything that he turned into a Werewolf would have their last, burning emotion heightened to a higher degree. In this case, all Voidal Knights were angry—and hateful for being hurt and captured by the heirs.

All of them probably thought Rex was the culprit behind the heirs, and thus, directed their anger at him.

Rex knew one of them would certainly retaliate first, and he needed to handle it well.

It was the most important part to make sure this went smoothly.

Show weakness and the others would attack too, but if he showed strength, they would fall in line.
