Lugh knew that if he tried to communicate with these Divine Monuments now, he would be able to light them up immediately.

But he didn't. He didn't need to light up the Divine Monuments so quickly.

He had to wait until the last day to light up all the Divine Monuments.

There were two reasons why he would retrieve the contents of this Divine Monument.
