Vivian's Scary Face

"Luna, are you all right?"

Ella had just met her old friend. They had an appointment at a fast-food restaurant that served a mainstay menu of various pastries and their well-known Excelso coffee.

Luna did show strange signs. Her face looked pale, not because she was sick but because of her visit that day before she saw Ella.

"I'm fine, maybe just a little too tired. Rather than me, you should be the one I'm worried about, Ella," Luna said and fiddled with her green pastry by sticking her fork in her plate.

"I'm still surprised you're still with your asshole husband."

"I'm sorry if you're offended because I'm just telling the truth. I think you the one who's insane, Ella?" Luna sighed in confusion and concern. Instead, she looked at her friend anxiously.

"There are some things I have to prove, and I'm looking for, Luna. And it's so difficult for me to explain to you for right now." Ella replied.
