Alfred & Little Ella

Alfred immediately grabbed the storybook that was in William's hand. "Let me read it," said Alfred angrily.

Little Ella looked suspiciously at him, "Can you do it? Read a storybook?

"Of course I can, just reading, right? Since when did reading become so difficult." Alfred puffed out his chest arrogantly.

Little Ella stared more suspiciously. She even folds her arms and thinks, is her father not lying to her?

"Ella, I am your father! You must trust your father rather than anyone else." Alfred quipped and glanced at William.

The man only kept his smile back. So it wouldn't be too obvious.

"All right, Mr. Alfred. If you insist on doing it, and of course, you can read a story to your daughter. I have great confidence in your abilities," William said politely. He approached little Ella and touched Ella's hair.
