Why?

I sobbed uncontrollably in my room. Thinking about how sweet Midoriya was and why he left. I made sure to cry in my closet so nobody could hear me, but the least expected person opened my closet doors.

Bakugou picked me up and set me on my bed.

"You can leave now. I didn't know if I w-"

I was cut off by the towel that covered my mouth. He silenced me and wiped my tears. He set the towel down and wordlessly laid me in my bed. He tucked me in and brushed the hair out of my face.

"Go to sleep. I only heard your cries because I came to check on you. I usually don't do this, but if you tell anyone, I'll blast you to the moon, got it?" He smirked at me.

"Why? Why didn't he trust us to keep him safe. I saw your face when you read the note, you already knew." I whispered, tears threatening to overflow again.

"That was the shitty nerds choice. He left to keep everyone safe. Don't think too much about it right now. Just get some sleep. We can talk about this another time." He said getting off my bed.

I grabbed his hand and he paused.

"Thank you Firecracker." I whispered.

"Anytime (Y/N)." He kissed my head and left, shutting my door quietly behind him.

I snuggled deeper in my blankets, trying to get some sleep.

~Midoriya's Point of View~

I surveyed the damage in the sector that the villain had caused. I heard there were some students patrolling the area, trying to get the stubborn civilians to evacuate to no dice.

I walked around a bit, hoping to find the students assigned to this area only to hear a huge smash.

I quickly made my way over there to find Muscular.

The asshole from the camping trip. I quickly made my way over and saw Shindo from the Provisional License exam.

He and another girl I guessed was from his school were trying to get the civilians out when Muscular attacked.

Shindo was clearly doing his best, but was quickly taken down by Muscular. And I knew from experience that Muscular was no easy opponent.

I quickly stepped in, afraid for Shindo's life and smashed muscular out of the way. I picked Shindo and made sure I was concealed by my mask and scarf.

Muscular faced me from the building I had smashed him into.

"Muscular. No wonder my 'danger sense' was going haywire." I said, looking at him.

A huge evil grin spread across his face.

"That voice . . . could it be?!" He shouted looking at me.

Damn right it was. Time for round two.
