Dulda Apartment, serving as an exit for the Transmission Channel, had a much higher monster density inside than any other part of Raccoon City. A mere apartment building somehow contained seventy to eighty Zombies.


Under normal circumstances, there would be, at most, around one hundred Zombies per square kilometer. But this minuscule six-story Dulda Apartment building had more Zombies than what roamed in half a square kilometer of Raccoon City's Outer Zone, which obviously defied common sense.
