World 4.34

"How are you feeling?"

Cain put the tray down on the table next to the bed. It contains warm soup. The chef recommended it for Riri. Getting a silent answer, he sat beside the bed and looked at the Rabbien, who had this worried expression. "Are you worried? Don't worry, His Highness is strong," he said.

Riri lowered his head and mumbled, "But if anything bad happens to him, it's my fault because I'm the cause of his departure." He gripped the blanket covering half of his body.

Cain pondered. What will he say in this kind of situation? He doesn't even know how to comfort Riri. This is not the time for him to scold the Rabbien either. His condition is quite serious. Should he give him a pat on the head? Should he hug him?

The knight brushed away his thoughts and reached for Riri's hand instead, "Say Riri, I don't know what to say right now, but If His Highness saw your expression right now," he sighed. "What do you think he'll say?"
