Going at a speed of mach 3, he instantly arrived to Mondstadt(Stormterror's Lair) from Stormbearer Mountains. At this point in time, Mondstadt is still not covered with a wall of gales to prevent Andrius' attacks as well as imprisoning the people of the city.

As if sensing his arrival, several armed soldiers approached him but there is one with noticeably more power than the rest.

"Who are you?! What is your business here?" said one of them while pointing his sword at him.

He raised his hands in surrender, although he could beat all of them in a blink of an eye he rather solve this the peaceful way, and opened his mouth "My name is Solomon, I have come here for... sightseeing?"

The soldiers looked at him weirdly "Why did you pause and why do you want to go sightseeing here, there is nothing worth sightseeing in this land."

"Now, now. I didn't come here to cause trouble. You see, I'm a traveler and my first destination happen to be this city. If possible I would like to meet your ruler and establish a contract of understanding so I can freely roam this land." he stated but he's a bit surprised of his acting skills but it was just him acting on his instincts based on his past memories.

(A/N: Tbh I just bs the paragraph because I'm lazy.)

The soldiers looked at each other, nodded and put down their weapons, the one who looks to be the leader gestured to one of them and that person runs inside.

"Please follow us inside while we wait for permission of Lord Decarabian."

They walked inside what seemed to be a barrack made out of bricks and led him to a wooden chair. The chair is surprisingly comfortable somehow or maybe it's just his body.

While waiting, he scanned the whole area with his Ki to get used to it and to check his surroundings for possible threats, well not like anything could harm him the way he is right now except maybe the Archons.

A few minutes later, the soldier who left earlier came back and whispered something to the leader which he heard because of his high DEX.

"Lord Decarabian said he will meet him. He also said to pay attention to him because he might be the one who the Archons were looking for."

While he just got confused, looking for him? Why? Then he remembered that he landed here with force comparable to a nuclear bomb minus the explosion and left a web crack in where he landed.

The leader just nod and they proceed to lead him to a tower similar to the one in the game but not wrecked. The walls are still intact and it's painted in blue and the interior is clean, the stairs has guards on it's side and fewer people comes up every floor.

Continuing until the highest point, Solomon saw a man in his mid thirties with raging white-blue hair standing at 5'11 looking at him as he entered the room.

"You must be the visitor that my subordinate talked about. May I have the pleasure of knowing your name?"

Decarabian asked in a polite manner since he doesn't know if his intuition is right.

"Ah, yes. It is indeed me. My name is Solomon and I come to negotiate with you. It's a pleasure to meet you."

Decarabian flinch for a moment when he heard his name but didn't know why, he just felt a force weight down on him making him servile to this person.

But that didn't last long and he also returned the greeting.

"My name is Decarabian, ruler of this city, Mondstadt. Pleasure to meet you well."

He smiled and paused before continuing.

"You said you wanted to negotiate, what kind of negotiation would you say you want to propose?"

He got straight to the point and this managed to rile up Solomon's blood and started to like him more.

"I like your attitude, very well. As you may already know, I was the one you were looking for. The one who left a crater in the forest."

This made Decarabian's eyebrow rise and looked at him curiously scanning his body.

"You don't look like someone who can make that kind of damage, you're more like a guy who can barely lift a crate of stones."

But as soon as he said that, he felt unimaginable pressure coming from his lean body sending him to his knees.

That was just Solomon deactivating Kaleidoscope's hold on his energy and letting it rampage.

"I think this much should be enough."

He said with a smile while retracting his pressure relieving Decarabian.

"I see. With that much power I can imagine you simply doing that. So what do you want?"

"I simply want freedom to roam this city and try many things from food to attractions. I don't want to be hindered as I'm sightseeing. In return I won't hurt the citizens of this city."

Decarabian blinked a few times then chuckled lightly and approved of his conditions.

"Also, can I get some money? I don't really have much on me."

Decarabian once again laughed and ordered someone to get money and gave it to him.

"This bag contains 100,000 xxx(currency since I don't know what they were called before Mora) it's yours."

"Thanks. I'll be going now. See you later."

Solomon waved goodbye to him and flew down the tower.

Once alone again, Decarabian laughed once more because of his weird antics and strange quirks.

"If he's going to travel the world I might not be the only one to suffer from that pressure. Hahaha..." his laugh echoed through the room as he slumped down his chair.

"I'm too old for this sh*t."
