Chapter 21: All for One and One for All

~Third POV~

Somewhere in the Kanagawa Prefecture of Japan in a home filled with other homes was the young boy at the age of 13 is Neito Monoma as he was busy watching heroes fights on the news on his phone online watching the scene admiring them.

Since he was a child, Neito has always wanted to be a hero. However, due to the nature of his Quirk, people constantly told him that this was not possible because he cannot do anything without the help of others, being ridiculed by that.

Although this did not make him desist in his efforts to be a hero, he did understand that to fulfill his goal, he has to resort to unheroic behaviors and tactics.

Neito was watching everything of the scene as he was observing with interest, "Sigh… I wish to be a hero soon and seeing All Might in action is really a rare treat to see now adays."

As Neito was busy being engrossed watching the video Jason has found the pace he was searching for as his floating in the sky because of his jet boot boosters as he observes Neito inside his room observing through the window.

Since the window is closed Jason merely flip his finger as he began to move it towards the window as he began to trace the whole outer window with his miniature energy blade as he manages to get it off open.

Just as he grabs it to move aside Neito noticed that his window was open he panicked as he saw that an unknown villain has entered his home!

*Flash! *

Before Neito could even yell for help he was hit by the Hope Video to momentarily brainwash him but only for a few minutes before he regains consciousness again.

Not having to worry that Neito could remember what is about to happen Jason quickly brought out the hair strand of All Might and the vials of and as he hands it to Neito as he began to command him, "Neito Monoma what I want you to do is copy down the quirk of this hair strand here and then drink these vials as soon as possible then willingly allow me to inherit it into your hair strand."

Just as Neito grabs the hair strand he copied the quirk of as he then drinks the vials but that was when he felt pain in his body returning him to reality as he felt that his body began to throb in pain.

*Stab*

That was when Jason used a syringe that knocked out Neito as he continues to groan in pain as Jason waited for a while till Neito finally stops as he wakes Neito up as he was under the effects of the Hope Video.

Just as he grabs a piece of his hair, he gave it to Jason losing his quirks of , , , and .

*Gulp*

Just as Jason ate the hair strand; he could feel the taste of disgust of the hair as he fully digested the hair strand…

But that was when he felt a surge of power within himself as he felt something powerful inside his body that empowered him as he also felt other powers within him began to swirl around each other inside his body.

Breathing heavily he felt that the quirks are inside him but began to feel empowered as he smiles at this then glances at Neito as he used his to give him a duplicated version of .

With that Neito began to fall unconscious as Jason set him on his bed then leaves the area as he places the window, he got rid of he returns it into its original place as he fixed it.

Escaping to the sky in his stealth mode he was grinning happily as he flew in the sky, "Now this right here is how you get power. Although I didn't want to Neito to suffer but I didn't want to drink the vials if they were going to give me a weakness but what if it was transferred instead of getting a copied version?"

As he was going in the sky, he then asked Alter Ego in a positive tone, "Alter Ego can you direct me to the next course towards Twice location. It's time to get that quirk before I call it the end of the day."

*Beep*

Then a beeping sound was heard in his armor as Alter Ego began to respond, "Ok sir following the coordinates of where we are at… just follow the location and you will find this Twice person."

Nodding his head at this he began to move ahead to get the quirk as he flew as fast as he can…

Meanwhile in a private room somewhere in a secret place AFO was clenching his fist tightly as he felt something completely wrong.

He was walking around his room with wine in his hand as he grits his teeth in clear frustration as he spoke to himself, "Impossible!! How can he be able to stop my will from entering our mindscape! MY MINDSCAPE!!!"

*Crack*

Fueled by anger at the disbelief that what has happened made him crush his wine glass cup as it fell to the ground.

Once the vial that has the quirk that has been absorbed into Neito AFO felt that there was a mental connection in the mindscape as Neito was momentarily connected to him but…

AFO could only grit his teeth as he felt that the quirk with the mindscape was quickly disturbed as if the power was transferred.

As he felt that the connection was lost AFO tried to connect to the mindscape once more with his will lingering around but for some reason, he could no longer felt the other user of anymore.

While Jason and AFO didn't know was that the merger of the mindscape of the quirks of and allowing only Jason to access this scape as the other previous wielders are no longer able to enter inside Jason mindscape with the combination of two quirks.

AFO didn't like unknowns and he certainty didn't like how someone managed to obtain his quirk then somehow changed it to ensure that it won't connect to him.

But he does know one thing for sure and that is make sure to take revenge plans.

As he calms down from his anger, he cleans himself up again as he began to speak, "Looks like I'm going to need the doctor to complete the Nine's project sooner than expected. I don't care if it rushed, I just need to make sure that I can connect with others to test somethings out…"

With that he began to make his call asking the doctor…

Meanwhile in the night sky Jason was now above what seems to be an abandoned building closed off as he examines everything there is to see in the area.

Observing the building he can hear distinct sounds of fighting as he gets down to the ground level as he was still in his stealth mode.

Once on the ground Jason takes this time to hear the sounds of infighting within the building as he approaches the door as he spoke, "So this is where the part where Twice was in the original backstory. This is pretty fucked up killing himself over and over again I can't imagine how would that feel like."

After some time has passed Jason didn't hear anything anymore as he decided to check inside opening the door through brute force.

*Thud*

Opening the door revealed to be Jin tied up in a chair unconscious as he sat as Jason came closer to the man.

Shaking his head disapprovingly of what happened to him from the past that led him to this problem his in.

Jin's loneliness and depression eventually became so severe that he used his Quirk on himself to create someone he could trust.

At first, he created one copy of himself, and gradually made more to be his friends. To survive, however, he later began using his duplicates to perform armed robberies and thefts.

He soon realized his Quirk could create unlimited criminal manpower, expanding his own assets and power by using his immense numbers to commit many infamous crimes. Such rise in infamy led Jin into becoming one of Japan's most wanted criminals.

However, Jin began to abuse his powers by lazily letting his copies do all of the difficult work for him. This backfired as all of his copies also shared his personality, which meant they also shared his laziness of not wanting to do any hard work.

Jin's clones revolted and almost killed Jin by vertically slicing his forehead, then strapped him to a chair. They argued about who was the 'true Jin' and fought for nine days until all the clones killed one another with only one Jin was left.

Since the incident, Jin has struggled to come to terms with whether or not he is a clone.

But that was another reason to get Jin while he was at his lowest since it would be easier to obtain his quirk as it has a lot of potential.

is Jin's Quirk granted him the ability to create an exact duplicate of anything, living or not. In order to duplicate something, he needed to know the exact measurements and characteristics.

He was limited to only two duplications at a time. The duplicates were not as durable as the original; the second duplicate being even less durable than the first.

When Twice created duplicates of a people, he had no control over the clones because they had their own autonomy; their personalities and abilities being completely identical to the original.

Creating doubles of himself allowed him to bypass his two-duplicate limit, since a duplicate of a person would possess the same Quirk as the original.

He was initially unwilling to duplicate himself due to traumatic experiences involving his own clones, though he eventually overcame this.

The clones didn't disappear, instead they disintegrated into a mud-like substance after taking a certain degree of damage.

According to Giran, this Quirk gave Twice the potential to take down entire countries something of which Jason wants to take a full advantage of in the future.

While he looks at the man in pity as he was unconscious to the whole ordeal he moved forward as he placed his hand over his head as he spoke to him, "Sorry Jin you were given an unfair hand for your life. But you could've been something more if you had help however, I'm afraid I'll take your quirk…"

With that Jason used the quirk as he began to take his Jin quirk as the light coming off from the man was entering inside Jason's body as he felt that he gained another power.

Just as he finished absorbing his quirk into his body he then began to leave the place but first untied the man then just left the area of where Jin was.

*Swoosh*

Entering into the sky in the dead of the night Jason thought to himself in a concerned tone, 'Still what happen to Jin was unfair, but he could've changed if society didn't screw him over but, in the end, he fell into a life of crime anyway… Sigh… I wonder how good his quirk is under my control but for now though its time I return home to get the other two.'

With that he left as soon as he came in the night back to his apartment building 2 from the sky…

*Thud*

*Slam*

As he entered inside his apartment room building Jason relaxed himself as he moved forward to obtain the quirk factors of and as he grabbed them out of their hiding spots.

Grinning at this Jason spoke to himself in assured tone as he began to absorb the quirks, "Great! With this power I gained from the quirks I will be able to become broken! But for now, though I'll keep on searching for the quirks I need for the future."

Finishing absorbing the quirks of and Jason began to get rid of the evidence by burning them to ashes using the kitchen fire to burn it black and then crush it by compressing it into dust.

Then grabbing the hair of the doctor, he got from when the doctor he tried to copy it but then frowns at it seeing an issue using the quirk, "Shit… looks like I can't copy the doctor mutant-based quirk even with the power up from my quirks it still can't copy mutant based ones. Then I just have to steal them then great…"

Sighing at this predicament this made Jason realize that he might need to take out a few quirks he originally wanted because he couldn't get the quirk unless he steals it from AFO or the Dr. Kyudai Garaki.

After that he threw everything into the trash as Jason sighed out loud tired as he called it done for the day as he began to go to sleep for the day unaware that his bad luck has brought a movie villain coming sooner than he expected…
