Chapter 70: Iron Liberation Army
~Third POV~
A few days have passed as the meeting between vampires has begun inside the city of Sanguinem.
Sanguinem is the home HQ of the vampires in Japan.
Sanguinem exists in the world of Seraph of the End and is the third capital and third largest city of the vampire world. Located underneath the ruined city of Kyoto, it is home to prominent vampire nobles, such as Ferid Bathory and Krul Tepes.
In the manga, Sanguinem is a large city beneath Kyoto. It is extravagant with buildings in 18th-century design, churches and cathedrals, and elaborate archways.
Sanguinem is an elaborate and large city composed of several bridges and waterways. There are many levels to the city. The buildings are designed in an 18th-century style, although some modern structures also exist. The churches and cathedrals are not shown, and the large pipes do not decorate the buildings. Krul's entrance hall has stairs and a long rug
There are also European-style houses. The ground often consists of either tiles or stones. The city is set at one level, but many buildings have multiple stories. There are numerous large pipelines throughout the city.
Krul Tepes lives here in a large, elaborate mansion with a massive entrance hall. Her throne sits in the back center of the hall, and the hall is empty and without stairs. There are many elaborate arches on either side with detailed panels decorating them.
The homes of livestock are plain with tiled floors, blank walls, and no furniture.
As the capital, Sanguinem is the center of politics in the vampire world. Important issues are discussed in the city, and it may serve as a meeting place for powerful nobles. It is not surprising that numerous vampires reside in this large city.
Ferid Bathory lives in the city in his mansion, whilst Krul resides there as vampire Queen of Japan. Humans also live in the city, serving as livestock for the vampires.
Most of these humans are children, and many were brought here during the Apocalypse in 2012 like the children from the Hyakuya Orphanage. Some of these children were sent by Kureto Hiragi to act as his spies and gather information from the nobles.
The vampires are not allowed to drink human blood directly from the livestock within the city.
The vampires are regularly violent toward the livestock, going so far as to even step on children drawing in the street and dangling them off the edge of a bridge when the livestock misbehaves in front of them.
The livestock are raised to believe the world above ground has been destroyed, so they have no reason to escape. Unlike in the vampire cities above ground, the livestock cannot come and go freely as long as they do not know the locations of the exits.

Inside the mansion of Krul with a deadpan expression as she looks at the screens of the other progenitors who came up in the meeting as the others soon arrived for the Progenitor Council.
The council meetings are held in vampire Progenitors' castles where they contact each other through a video call. The Progenitors only meet in person if they are punishing vampires or dealing with an important matter.
Having the appearance of a preteen girl, Krul is considered to be extremely pretty, even by vampire standards. She has calf-length rosy pink hair, partially done up into two pigtails held by black hairpieces of which the design appears inspired by bat wings.
The black headdress is connected by a black headband, and she also has what appear to be short black horns at either temple. Krul has large, sharp, slightly slanted eyes that are red, as with all vampires, along with fangs and pointed ears.
She looks to see their usual timely meetings with others as they began to speak with Urd Geaes the current leader spoke, "Good I see that all are here Progenitors. Seeing as I have called a state of issue of our system being hacked. I assume that has happened to all of you as well?"
Listening to that the others nodded their heads as Krul asked in a fake curious tone as she spoke to them, "Yes there seems to be a problem in the systems of our machines when our data was hacked along the laws of ours and research data of our first-class weapons enchantments yes? Do you know who the perpetrator was?"
That was when the Lest Karr spoke out childishly as if it wasn't his concern as he spoke, "Yes why would this concern us Second. I have a busy schedule finding where the Common Vampires went in my land?"
Once that was brought out is when Urd then began to speak in a usual serious tone to all of them getting their attention, "Agreed. The same is happening in my lands of Russia as some of my Common Vampires are missing. Have you noticed where yours went off one day to not return?"
Listening to that the others began to remember that some reports of them have gone missing as they all spoke out about it till they all noticed something wrong with the scene when the second spoke out about the missing Common Vampires.
Krul slightly raised her eyebrows at this as she listens in more to the others speaking as Urd began to speak to them seriously, "I see so this has happened on a global scale then. Someone has been collecting our kind that is something we can't ignore anymore. If they are being missed, then something is happening on a global scale that not even us Progenitors noticed despite our power."
They all narrowed their eyes at that since the strength of the progenitors isn't to be underestimated as they can hear things from other sides of cities or rush at other cities in moments for them.
They were monsters of this world and Urd was the leader of such group as the highest one at this time is him while the other ones are not to be seen since they either died, turned demon, or defected.
The others nodded to the seriousness of the situation as Krul remembered certain information about interesting livestock as she spoke to them, "Actually there might be someone I have in mind that could have hacked our servers Urd Geaes. About three months backed the common vampires seem to have heard other livestock captured from the other cities that they were searching for livestock named Jason."
Most not bothering to listen to a livestock name Urd raised his eyebrow as he waited to hear what Krul wanted to say as she continued, "From the reports of those captured they were looking for this livestock for his technology that seems to be above anything they have seen. While I haven't seen it myself, but these rumors do have to originate somewhere might be the case?"
That was when the others were laughing at the idea of a mere human had the gall to take from them as Krul also laughed at since she did not believe such a rumor as she spoke, "Hehe… but I for one don't believe it much for a mere food to be that intelligent for them to obtain their technology again. I made sure of that taking control of all the electrical powerplants."
The progenitors didn't know what to think about the info as they merely laughed it off as a joke until…

That was before another screen appeared before them as they all saw it losing their laughter from before as Aiba soon appeared before them giving them a cold expression as she was using the Hope Video on them slowly preparing the sound base weapon of the Hacking Gun through their speakers.
As the vampires lost their laughter, they soon became intrigued who the person was as they see she wasn't human but then Aiba asked them in a cold tone, "I see that you vampires are that stupid? I mean you have the arrogance to back it up but as I can see you haven't taken this seriously as you just now start to notice our activities. Failures for your race?"
Now that stopped them from being intrigued as they hurled insults at the unknown stranger known as Aiba while she waits for them to be done except for Urd as he looked serious at the unknown variable to appear.
Once they were done speaking Aiba replied to them matching a cold tone, "Now then children are you done arguing? If so, then I would like to begin our announcement to you so-called vampires that we of the Iron Liberation Army have come to end your kind to extinction."
Once more the vampires laughed at that as Aiba continued to speak through the laughter as she smirked at them as she spoke, "Our first target to be liberating from humanity from you is to exterminate the vampires of Japan first. Sorry, Krul Tepes but your reign ends here and now for my Master has come and his not pleased."
Krul Tepes on her end merely looked at the digital A.I. Aiba with a smug grin as she thought she spoke the facts, "That is very funny you think. What can livestock do to the might of us, Vampires? It's merely stupid for them to fight back as its – "
*KABOOM*
Krul Tepes was then halted as well as the other Progenitors as they all heard an explosion heard from Krul Tepes side as she was shocked hearing an explosion out of nowhere and while she was inside her town where she could've heard an attack happen, but she couldn't.
Aiba merely looked at the surprised Krul Tepes along with the other Progenitors as she smiles at this as she explained to them, "Ah… I see you didn't hear how my master has already come here all on his own. He is the very busy person you see as I can see that your arrogance is your race greatest downfall as you contribute nothing in this world?"
The Vampires on the screens were increasingly infuriated at the words of Aiba as she continued onwards to speak out as more of Krul Tepe's city of Sanguinem is being destroyed, "You vampires are truly a dumb race to underestimate humanities power. You bloodsuckers underestimated humanity. Never underestimate the power of jealously and the power to destroy because humans are masters of war and destruction."
Before finally leaving as Krul Tepes began to leave defending her city Aiba left out a parting gift for the vampires as she spoke to them before leaving them their gifts, "Never underestimate the power of dreams and influence of the human spirit. Humans are greedy, cunning, tenacious, frighting, and more so destructive when they put their minds into something, and you managed to piss off the strongest human around. Beware the master I serve vampires the Traveler."

As each of them turned off them the command have already been set as the other progenitor's vampires who heard it quickly brought their weapons or hand as they quickly cut off their heads or bashed them to death.
While others just took off their UV bands or rings protecting them from the sunlight as they jumped into the acid-filled seas with the monsters living in the earth ocean quickly killing them off as blood was soon seen through the seawater.

Observing everything from the controls of their cameras and the other nations completely unguarded Aiba then began to speak to the ones in the room as she spoke out, "As for the ones listening in to this message the Iron Liberation Army has begun to reclaim our homeworld. Prepare for widespread war as our Iron Legion will reclaim our lands. As for those that did the taboo we don't need you in this world."

From the distance of the sounds of the words coming from Aiba in the skies of the worlds were more than millions of Iron Legions all being auto controlled by Aiba as she said as she would do to them
Reclaim their homeworld as all of this is being broadcasted throughout the whole world and the WHOLE world was being busy with all the Iron Legions coming out of nowhere along with Helicarriers coming.
