Chapter 76: Sixth Trumpet gone to Save the World

~Third POV~

The Sixth is a minor character in Seraph of the End. He is a boy who was experimented on, similar to Yuichiro Hyakuya and Mirai Kimizuki, and eventually became a Seraph. The Sixth Trumpet and the youth it is within are kept restrained in Guren Ichinose's manor.

This seraph has been continuously summoning Horsemen of the Apocalypse to the world for the next eight years.

Furious, the active seraph bellowed in rage and had an awareness that the chains around it were what was keeping it confined. The Sixth Trumpet was insightful to its surroundings also dismissing demons as inferior beings would act like an arrogant belief in that it was detrimental to this seraph.

At some point in his life, he was experimented on, purportedly by Saito where it is probable the boy would have been a part of the Hyakuya Sect's human experimentations. This caused him to become a seraph, and eventually gain the ability to summon Horsemen of the Apocalypse.

He was at some point imprisoned inside a magical barrier in an underground laboratory of Guren Ichinose's former mansion located in the Aichi Prefecture.

Within Guren Ichinose's childhood home that bears human experimentation apparatus, the Sixth Trumpet within the boy it is in control of cries out in rage. Kept within a magical barrier, the seraph is unable to move due to being restrained in the air by multiple chains from the ground. The large seraph trumpet in its possession begins emitting musical notes.

The Sixth Trumpet had the distinction of being able to bring an entire world's worth of Four Horsemen of John into the world, monstrous creatures that plagued humanity leaving them little choice but to reduce themselves to vampire livestock to survive if that option was available.

The seraph could cast forming masses of the Horsemen out using its human host's hand, which could serve as a ranged attack. In possession of a trumpet, blowing into this could cause many to emerge as large blobs from the ground to form into fully formed Horsemen.

A great many of the beings could be conjured seemingly at random locations across a great wooded area. Probably, the degree, duration and repeated instances of blowing the trumpet would be sufficient to summon a world's supply of them.

It is stated that the Sixth Trumpet had been summoning the Horsemen continuously for the eight years since they appeared. These monsters' fates are intrinsically linked to the Sixth Trumpet, once the sinful key within had been removed, the Horsemen disappeared from the world entirely just as fast as they appeared.

To a greater extent than a demon, the seraph can discern a human's background where physical contact is not required. It could also discern a demon's presence where not even vampire senses can fully detect them.

Through some means, the Sixth Trumpet was aware that Yu possessed a seraph of his own and could make out the specific one. After analyzing him with a glance, the Sixth Trumpet also knew more about Yu than what he knew of himself, where it decreed him not of any specific state of being.

Capable of flight using its four wings, the Sixth Trumpet could also use its hand to generate a wide-area light-based attack.

Although said to be weakened where it was no stronger than a vampire, the seraph's tremendous physical strength was apparent with that comparison, and with its aptitude in the fight against a black demon cursed gear sword.

The Sixth Trumpet's capabilities were influenced by its demeanor. The seraph's sheer state of fury left it physically swinging its trumpet, rather than resorting to its other extraordinary abilities during its time in the magical seal.

Once Jason got into view with the Sixth Trumpet the angel was the first to glance at him with an odd expression shown as he spoke, "Angel of Destruction why haven't you given waste to humanity yet… no you also wield the Salt King within you as well…"

Narrowing his eyes at the person in front of him he began to analyze everything about Jason as it did in the manga with Yu as it looked confused, "You… are a believer of God priest… tell me, priest, why have you come to me."

Now it was Jason's turn to act surprised as he began to admit the answer to the angel as he began to answer honestly, "Whoa. I didn't expect you to know this much about me. If you know that much, then it's pointless in answering that question Sixth Trumpet of God. However, you must know what I plan to do correctly?"

The Sixth Trumpet for his part began to sit down catching Jason surprised as he motioned his hand towards him as Jason raised his eyebrow at that as the angel spoke, "Have follower of the Lord I can see where you stand following our Lords teachings, so I have no reason to face you although I wish for you to answer me why you possess the rest of the seraphs within you."

Jason saw this but figured to go along wanting to know more as he will risk it for more information as he let the angel touch his hand as the Sixth Trumpet eyes twitched a bit before letting go as he places his hand on his chin.

However, internally Jason made some precautions as he smirked internally as he saw the angel's reaction to his trick, 'I see so the angel can't exactly gather much on me or my actions since I have my mind protected but also leave behind a fake memory just as a precaution that I was a follower of their teachings. Have to thank Aiba for that one.'

Jason for his part acted as if he was confused at how the angel is reacting compared to his manga part as he couldn't help but ask in curiosity, "Tell me Sixth Trumpet what exactly are your reactions to me seeing that you have the access to knowledge of me? What's your opinion?"

The angel for his part looked at Jason with a difficult expression as he spoke with uncertainty in his deep voice, "Hmm… I have seen what you have young lamb. You seem to have been busy taking care of the vampire infestation in our world as well as save those lambs of their punishments…"

Narrowing his eyes at the human the Sixth Trumpet began to speak as it also gained knowledge of how Jason got the other angels' abilities, "I see… you also seem to have gotten the Angel of Destruction and Salt King powers. But haven't used them on this being known as Shikama Doji as you weren't certain of its abilities to lose faith in our Lord. Hmm…"

Jason for his part kept calm as the angel looked as if it was thinking as it began to speak while glancing at the sky but at the same time talking to someone else, "Hmm… my lord what should I do with this knowledge now as well as this Shikama Doji controlling your lambs showing that he masterminds your children. What shall your Sixth Trumpet do…"

The more Jason learns of this he looks surprised as its eyes began to shine brightly for a brief moment as Jason covered his eyes for him till the light began to shimmer down as the angel's eyes return to normal.

Listening to the Sixth Trumpet then asked Jason while it looked shameful of its actions but spoke to the traveler, "Traveler of another world I wish to discuss what my Lord has said. My Lord has asked you to get rid of this mastermind snake Shikama Doji from further poisoning his lambs of this Taboo."

Jason for his part looked surprised at the angel as he couldn't help but ask in curiosity for the reason as he spoke quite confused, "Sorry but say what now? Why would your God want someone to do his work? No offense and I don't mean to offend the Lord above, but I can't help but as why?"

That was when the Sixth Trumpet spoke again in a serious tone as he replied to Jason in a serious tone, "From what my lord believes that you will help these people out and even learning of Doji teachings of this Taboo. Once the Lord thought that these humans have learned the Taboo through their means but once I have read through your knowledge of Shikama Doji it seems my Lord thought twice so my Lord asks of a believer of God you're a holy mission."

Jason for his part raised his eyebrow at that as the angel continued to explain to him what he gets out of it, "Seeing that you have enlightened my Lord and you have your faith intact my lord has entrusted this mission to you seeing that the rest of the humans require their punishments. However, if you were to slay Shikama Doji then my Lord will leave humanity alone unless they conducted another Taboo."

Hearing this Jason couldn't help but doubt the angel for its words as he recalls the info of what Doji as he smirked at the angel as he surprised him as he hold his head while activating quirk at the same time, "You know even though I know you are talking about Doji as an enemy I can agree with him being taken care of. However, you shouldn't have told me much about me since last I checked I was an Atheist not a believer like you would assume but at least you helped me figure something out."

*BZZZT*

Before the angel could react Jason played him as he used the quirk on the body and every Horseman of John in the world to suddenly vanish out of existence as they were all rewind to a time where God hasn't punished the humans.

Once that happens the thin teen loses his wings as he soon comes down again as Jason held his body while frowning at the scene as he felt that the body was cold, "Damn… I guess even can't bring some back once they were killed. But at least you will get a proper burial at least."

With that Jason began to dig for a place to bury the body as he used his quirk for a coffin for the kid as he placed him inside while looking around.

As he was looking around Jason sighs at the scene remembering the brief encounter with the angel and his meta-knowledge as he spoke, "It was a good thing I didn't blindly listen to that thing as I believe my meta knowledge more than that thing. Since according to Shikama Doji, a being who is unsympathetic to the suffering of humans and has been murdering a great number of them over years, god has a much more twisted personality than him. If the main villains say not to trust them then don't there are reasons why villains don't team up with each other because they know more than I do."

*Beep*

That was when the beeping sound from the bracelet lit up as Jason asked Aiba in a happy tone as he spoke, "Aiba did you video record the whole thing and edit how it should be for the people."

Aiba replied happily to Jason as he was almost near done burying the kid as she spoke out being positive of her feat, "Yes sir, the video is ready. With some edits and some voice changes here and there, this video will show you being compassionate as well kind to people who suffer as this will further strengthen the people's belief of you not being cruel in the future. Hopefully, this is enough for the soldiers in Shibuya and others to convince them to leave while at the same time crippling the JIDA power."

With that Jason began to finish a burial for the teen as he finished it off as he began to go back to the Helicarrier using the as he proceeds to go ahead.

Once he was home Jason soon found himself inside the Neo World Program room as he sees Aiba appear at the side of the screen with the giant supercomputer at the side while I talk, "Ok Aiba its time we begin the process of using those Searph Genes of the Angel of Destruction and the Salt King. Ready Aiba."

Aiba on the side screen of the monitors raised her thumbs at Jason as she talks to him, "Ok sir all the program settings are set. And once you enter inside the Neo World Program we will deal with the angels permanently and with Asura around as well as your to target them will be easier sir."

*Pop*

Nodding his head in agreement to Aiba words Jason soon sees the pod open up as he places his body inside as he grabs a headgear while he places it on his head as he calmed his nerves as he spoke to Aiba in a serious tone, "Ok Aiba prepare the Neo World Program. It's time to deal with those angels and get their abilities."

*Blur*

Before closing his eyes Jason, used the quirk to see what would happen as it showed some events happening but then got blurry with a flash of light as he thought seriously of what to do, 'What was that blur in the future? Everything I saw showed I have both their abilities but that was when the blur appeared. Hm… I need to get extra prepared for it just in case then just to be on the safe side.'

Closing his eyes as he enters his mindscape to get the trumpets Aiba appeared as all the lights in the room lit up as she controlled all the monitors as she spoke out, "All systems are a go. The monitors the brainwave length. Now the only thing left to do is leave them on that place in cyberspace with the cage."

With that, they have begun the angel extraction plan.
