A guy is reincarnated into Cat from the show Gotham. He only watched the first season, and he only grew up to be 18 years old. He or rather she will not be doing the same thing as in the original setting, and after figuring things out will try to gain what she believes will make her truly happy- power, wealth, and devoted minions.

Gotham: Living A New Life As a Cat

It's been a couple of days since Mario was shot. Alfred found me a penthouse with good security and bought it for me. He said the extra expenses were worth it to get me what I deserved for helping Bruce so much.


He also helped me set up a bank account after I got emancipated. Turns out it is really easy in Gotham for some reason, maybe because of all the crime?


I got a phone and ordered a nice pc for the penthouse along with some plants that Ivy hopefully likes. I picked up Ivy yesterday, and she is staying with me. I want to train her in some hand-to-hand combat and maybe try to educate her in general. Ivy actually understanding the science behind plants and toxins may actually really help her be stronger.


"Welcome to your new home Ivy," I say with a smile, slightly pushing her into my home.


"I can live here," Ivy asked, still not fully able to believe that it was true. She was much cleaner than before but still lacked any true care for her appearance. 


"Of course, you're with me now. We're living the big life from now on." 


Guiding her to the room I set up for her, I made sure to try to understand how she was reacting to this. I had set up her room with a big bed, tons of plants, a desk, and everything else she needed. 


Once I set her up there and Ivy was done thanking me, I went to my office to finish preparing my pc. It was custom-built and meant to be extremely powerful. I chose it because I am going to start hacking and selling info, while also using it to find new marks.


I was also going to buy a shit ton of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies because that's going to blow up. I had also bought some mining equipment and set it all up in a guest room, so that would hopefully go well too.


There is so much I want to do, and I get the opportunity now that I am young. Even though I was forced to change gender, it doesn't really matter as I am still not attracted to men. And, I am still young with plenty of time.


Plus there is magic here. I really want to learn magic and extend my life. Not to necessarily conquer the world or because I am afraid of death (especially considering I am just as likely to simply reincarnate again.) But, because I want more time to learn magic and to do everything I feel like.

I have been trying to find magical items and knowledge, but it has been really difficult. So many things are clearly scams, but there is a really promising event that I was able to get an invite to: Junior Auctions, basically a normal auction for rich kids.


So, I was going with Ivy as my plus one. She finally awakened her powers two days ago and has been working on some good defensive moves in order to protect me. As I am the only person who has shown her any real care and affection, she views me as more important than herself.


I am also of course bringing a knife just in case. While it is supposed to be safe, you can never be too careful. 


I turn around and look at Ivy, "Yes, are you excited to see all the cool artifacts?"
