Is This Normal

The nightmares don’t stop, but I’m sleeping. I wake up a few times a night from the dreams, but I can get back to sleep. Oliver gave me a little warming pack that plugs into the wall. He told me to put it under my back and it helps. I also get a link to a new sleep playlist every week. “Music is good to calm the mind. If you focus on something else when you’re sleeping, then the dreams should go away.” He had told me. It didn’t really get rid of the nightmares, but it makes it easier to sleep. It also adds background music to my nightmares, so there’s that.
