Mohit's POV

I was hungry but was not in a mood to eat the food I ordered. I wanted the food made at home. I got up to see if there were any leftovers from yesterday.

But there was nothing. I thought of making a drink for myself but was not in a mood to drink as well. So opened the food I ordered again and took a bite. It was from my favourite restaurant and was as good as it usually was. But somehow I didn't want it.

Maybe I was feeling guilty about cheating my parents or not telling Robin that I was doing this. I had no idea how he would react.

I was still lost in my thoughts when the doorbell rang. Who would come at this time?

I opened the door and saw Maya, Viraj and the kids.

" Mamu !! " The kids hugged me before I could react. They always attack me the moment they see me.

I was so happy to see them.

" Mamu, I love her... " Viren said.

" She is sho... shweet. " Myra said.

" Whom do you love, young man?? Some classmate?? " I asked him amusingly and they all rolled their eyes.

" She is too old to be my classmate. "

" Then introduce her to me. " I said. Myra touched her forehead and Viren rolled his eyes.

" What's wrong with these two?? " I asked Maya and Viraj but they smiled and shrugged.

" We are angry with you. " Viren said.

" You didn't let her meet us earlier. She is so sweet. I love her already. "

" Oh my God!!! Whom do you love?? I didn't let you meet her?? "

" We love Mami... She is... Lovely. You hid her? " Myra said glaring at me.

" Mami?? Oh !! You are talking about Srusti? " I was surprised as hell.

" Yeah... " They both said in unison.

" You love her ?? " I asked him and he nodded.

" The best girl in the world," he said looking as if he was mesmerized. He looked so cute.

" Is she ?? Seriously?? " I was trying to control my laughter.

" She is... Amazing... Awesome... Best no bestest girl... " he said glaring at me.

" Ok !!! Cooldown young man. " I said with a smile.

" Mamu, she made pancakes for us and let us cook with her ?? " Myra said.

" What?? You are too young for that. You might have been hurt. " I was shocked. How can she be so stupid?

" Oh, God !! She is not stupid. We just did the non-fire activities. We mixed the batter and she cooked pancakes for us. The best ones. Very tasty... We poured chocolate syrup and honey over them. " Viren said.

" Oh, ok. "

" Mamu, she flipped that perfectly. "

" What?? Pancake ?? "

" Hmm... Amazing. Mom, can we go there tomorrow as well? Please...." Viren was smiling and asking.

" Beware Mohit !!! You may have a competition in the family. " Viraj said with a wink. I shook my head.

" Hey, but what are you all doing here at this time?? "

" That's because of you and your would-be wife... " Maya said glaring at me.

" Why, what happened? "

" Your phone is not reachable. We tried so many times. Why didn't you come there for dinner?? "

" I was tired. So, I came here directly."

" Oh!! you ordered Chinese. We got food for you. " Viraj said.

" Did you?? "

" Their Mami said that you wanted home-cooked food, not junk. She is sweet and caring. " He said, I smiled and nodded.

" That girl is something... Where did you get her from?? " Maya said very seriously.

" What do you mean?? I told you we had an accident... What happened?? " I asked.

Has she guessed??

" You should have been there, Mohit. You should have seen how dad was with her. "

" What happened?? " I was tense now.

" She had our dad smiling like anything, he came to the kitchen and joined all of us as the whole kitchen was bursting with aroma, laughter and excited voices of our family. We had a great time. She had our parents eat out of her hands. They are already crazy about her. " Maya said.

" Yeah, amazing girl. " I said nodding.

" Very nice, sensitive, decent, courteous girl. You know she was very uncomfortable with me buying things for her. She kept saying she doesn't want so many things. She is not like others. She is delightfully different. "

" Yes... She gets uncomfortable with too much stuff. " I said and smiled.

" Today she didn't want to go shopping with me as she forgot her bag here. I literally had to scold her that I am your elder sister, hence I have a right to buy things for her. But you should have seen her face. She is such a sweet contented girl. I love her. "

" I liked her too... " Viraj said.

" She is very sweet, take good care of her. You should have come to meet her. She must have missed you. Imagine you proposed to her the day before yesterday and introduced her to your family yesterday. Today she is living with them, don't you think it is too much?? You should be there with her. "

" Yeah... I was very busy as Manu is also not there, I had to hire another photographer as I didn't like the last one I hired. I was very tired. "

I hugged all of them and said good night. They left and I came back inside.

The food they brought for me was on the table, I picked it up and got a plate for me and started eating. It was very nice as usual. I had it with gusto.

She was really sweet. She remembered that I said, I wanted to eat a home-cooked meal.

Mom, Maya, Viraj and daadi had already liked her. But dad?? That was a surprise. He was impressed with her and liked her so much?? And the Kids were already crazy about her. She must be a magician.

I had my food and kept the rest of it refrigerator and came back to my room and tried to sleep but it seemed to be away from my eyes.

I must go and meet her tomorrow, what if she needs something or if she needs to talk about something.

I need to give her a credit card too. So that she is not uncomfortable while shopping.

Just then Robin called up and I started talking to him.

" Hi Jaan !!! I am missing you so much. " He said in his low and romantic voice.

" Me too... When will you come back?? " I asked him.

" Not too soon, I guess. " He said.

" It's been so long... Since we stayed together. I have been missing you. "

" Same here... I can't come to Delhi, but why don't you come here? "

" Why can't you come?? "

" Actually, I am offered another movie by the same producer I was working with. It is his dream project and he wants me to do this as soon as possible. " He said.

" You are always busy. What is going on?? Even I am working but I always take out time for you. "

" Cool it jaan !! What happened?? You seem to be too stressed out. "

" Ok, hear me out, my mom was hospitalized because I don't want to marry and meet the silly girls, she selected for me. Someone said something about my sexual preference and my daadi and mom got heart attacks both are hospitalized... "
