It took me about an hour to arrive at the Grand View Memorial park from Malibu and I stopped by at the florist on my way to the cemetery to buy some flowers for a while.

I walked to the west side of the cemetery after parked my bike on the parking lot. It has been five years since I came visited them, so it kind made me felt a little bit nervous. There were some of the dried leaves on it when I arrived at their tombstone which made my eyes automatically filled with tears.

“Hi mom, dad….”I greeted them. “I’m so sorry for not visiting you for quite a long time,” then cleaned out the dried leaves away of their tombstones before placed a bouquet of flowers on it. "Anyway, I'm a pilot now, just like you guys wanted me to be. Uncle Jay is doing fine in NYC and still didn't find someone special for him, yet. And for me....well you know, your son right? Please don't worry about me too much, I'll be fine, I promise."

I headed to another part of the cemetery which was not so far from my parent's tombstones with my right hand held a small bouquet of roses, her favourite flower, to be exact. The tombstone looked clean and there was fresh bouquet of flowers on it.

“H-hey Mia…” I said while curving a small smile on my lips. Yes…I’m practically smiling right now, but crying so badly inside. I just don’t want her to see me that way since I already promised to her before. “I missed you so…so much and I’m sorry for taking time to visit you again. Here, I brought you your favourite flowers…*puts it on her tombstone*…Well. I’m meeting our friends after this. Laura decided to throw a party for coming back here. And don’t worry, my love, I’ll behave. There’s no one can steal me from you, ever…because you will always be in a special place in my heart.”

Mia and I were hanging out at the Malibu beach, our favourite place to be exact. We loved to come here every weekend and stayed at my Uncle’s vacation house. She was laying on the mat right beside of me with her head on my right arm, taking a nap beautifully under the evening sun of Malibu.

She seemed so calm though, and seriously, I never have got bored by looking at face at all. We have been dating for almost a year now and our relationship gotten better as her father started to accept me as her boyfriend.

I moved a bit so I could stared at her face properly without distracting her from napping. God, she looks so damn gorgeous when she is asleep; making me hardly to control myself from move my eyes away from looking at her face.

"Mia's brows...*gently touches her brows*...this is Mia's eyes...*moves index finger to her closed eyes*.....her nose....*gently touches her pointed nose*....and her sexy-looking lips...." my hand was hanging when saw her slowly opened her eyes. I was caught by her that time and had no idea what to explain to her if she misunderstood of me from doing all of that.

Her beautiful eyes were slowly looking at mine, seemed like she was in confused for what I just did to her. But it wasn't for long when she slowly came closer to me so she could be fully in my hug with her one arm on my chest and the other one was on my waist.

"This is so comfortable...." she said with a raspy voice. "Hopefully you wouldn't mind, Aiden..."she really did sound like she was comfortable enough in my hug.

"I-u-uhhh...won't mind a-actually," Damn, she really did make me stutter all of sudden.

"That's great..." she replied. "Let's stay like this for a while..." she hugged me even tightly, with her warm breath sometimes brushed against my neck skin.

I curved a smile on my lips, with my hands slowly hugged her back, "Alright then, as long as my love is happy. I'm okay with that."

"Aiden..."I thought she was napping again, but I was wrong.

"Mhmm-hmmm," I responded her with a quite sexy voice which, of course, I really have no idea why I did that.

"When did you start to like me?" She suddenly asked out of the blue.

Both of my eyes wide opened. Seriously, I never expected that she finally will ask that question.

"I thought you have crush on Laura before since you always hanging out with her and Shawn when we were little..." she continued, but this time her words really put me into a shock.

I quickly released the hug then sitting straight on the ground while looking at her nervously.

"Whatt? That’s not true," I replied, grabbing both of her hands as she followed me by sitting up straight in front of me.

“But I thought….”

I quickly cut her in, “No, Mia. I never have crush on her, she is my best friend. Besides, you are the one that I have been crush on. Remember when you came to my house to have piano lesson from my mother?”

She nodded, “Y-yeahh?”

“That was the day I started to like you. But I have no gut to speak to you, well…you know, your father scared the hell out of me. So I just kept it by myself and I started to lose hope when you went to Germany…”

She interrupted, “So that was why you acted so weird back then…*giggles*…seriously it was funny when I remembered it back,”

“Heyy…don’t remind me of that embarrassing moment of my life!” I protested.

“Awww….you’re so cute, Aiden,” she pinched gently on both of my cheeks. “That’s why I like you so much…”

"Am I? You do?" I looked at her, with my cheeks felt warm a little.

“Yup,” she replied, slowly leaned closer to me until she was practically in my hug. “You’re the best thing that happened in my life, Aiden,”

“You’re the best thing that happened in my whole life too, Mia…” I hugged her back, resting my chin on her head.

Mia suddenly released the hug, looking straight into my eyes with those beautiful pair of chestnut color eyes. She slowly pulled me closer to her by grabbing of my shirt and gently pressed her warm lips on mine. She never did that before which made me in a little bit surprised.

Wow....Mia O'Brien, you really impressed me!

I kissed her back, leaning closer to her even more until her back touched the ground with me on top of her.

"I love you, Aiden..."she said between the kisses.

"I love you too...my love..."

I was on my way to the location Laura shared to me and unfortunately the weather wasn’t that nice today. The rain was pouring heavily, making me hardly to see the road, plus the road was kind of slippery too. I just took the wrong turn a few minutes ago, where I needed to ride through the narrow cliff road which has so many of sharp corners.

It was a bit dangerous, but never mind, as long as I rode my bike carefully nothing bad will happen.

Wait a second....

What is that??

I saw something was swimming in the middle of ocean. It wasn't shark or whale or whatsoever...but I know it was something else swimming over there.

*brakes screeches*

Suddenly, I lost my control of my bike as accidentally ran over a stone in the middle of the road. The bike produced a loud sound and I even tried hardest to stop it. But it was too late as my superbike slid down on the road along with me straight to the side dividers. The dividers then broke causing me to fall from the high cliff straight into the ocean along with my bike.

I fell deep into the ocean....has no strength at all to swim back to the surface. Maybe it is my time for me where Mia is waiting for me somewhere along with my parents.

I never thought drowning can be so hurt.

The amount of water entering my body is killing me with the helmet I still haven't take off. The weight of it making me slowly sinking down into the deep ocean.

But wait....what's that??

Is that a shark??

I guess this is it....this is how I am going to die.

But why is the shark looking so different...it looks like a human, but with a tail!!

M-mermaid???

Mia???

The pain inside of my chest making me spit out of huge bubble in the water with the shocking feeling when saw Mia right in front of my eyes.

She was smiling to me, her bright smile which I missed so much, and slowly swam toward me. Mia gently grabbed my hand and pulled me closer to her by grabbing my waist before taking off the helmet from my head.

I was half conscious but I was sure she was leaning closer to me and I could feel she was pressing her lips against mine before I completely lost my consciousness.
