Nancy's P.O.V
After saying goodbye, all three of us ducked underwater and made our way through the exit and let me tell you, it sure was difficult! As soon as we squeezed through, the exit actually became a ledge, as Daniel had reported before but we had to swim through another little opening of a trapdoor which was blocking the water from flooding the passage. I was the last one to enter the trapdoor and Daniel told me to turn a little wheel on one of the walls. The wheel made the trapdoor completely solid and you couldn't tell that a large body of water was behind it.
Sally and I exchanged looks and started following Daniel, who by this time was ahead of both of us. The passage seemed to stretch on and on, twisting here and there until suddenly it ended and all of us came to a dead end. Just a wall of stone standing there, blocking our exit.
"This is rubbish!" I thought.
"Great! Just what we wanted!" Sally muttered sarcastically while Daniel groaned in frustration.
