Extra Servant

"She is?" Masato asked, looking behind Saber, towards Irisviel.

Before Saber could reply, Irisviel elegantly introduced herself, "It is nice meeting you, Aster-san. I am Irisviel von Einzbern. Saber's Master."

"Are you?" Masato raised his brow before saying, "But I don't seem to feel the flow of Mana flowing towards Saber from you."

Irisviel's body tensed, hearing it.

"Adding to the fact that…" Masato's eyes narrowed as he felt the familiar aura from Irisviel's body, "Is that how you were able to summon Saber?"

Saber was confused, but Irisviel was able to understand what Masato was trying to say.

But her initial surprise vanished as knowing Masato's past, it could be said that no one was more familiar with Excalibur and Avalon than him.

"Don't worry, Master of Saber," Looking towards Irisviel, Masato said but it was definitely not indicated towards her, "I am not fighting for the Grail, so you don't need to worry about it."

Irisviel's fist around her chest tightens. She seemed to understand who Masato was talking with, but she still nodded in return for what Masato said.

"Ast--"

"Masato. I've said that you should call me that from now on." Cutting her sentence midway, Masato said.

"... Masato…" after some time, Saber questioned, "If you are not fighting for the Grail, then why are you here? Are you not summoned as Caster?"

Masato shook his head and replied, "I'll tell you later. There are too many prying eyes present here."

Obviously, he was pointing towards the Assassin hiding in the dark.

Ring* Ring* Ring*

Suddenly, the sound of the phone ringing resounded with the fluttered Irisviel as she hurriedly took the phone out and looked right and left in a panic.

"Emm… uhh… how do you use it…" she panicky looked at the phone, fidgeting with the buttons in a hurry.

'She is cute…' Was the thought of both Masato and Saber who were looking at her.

After some panic clicking, she finally was able to pick the call up and panicky shouted, "H-hello!"

"Um. Um." She nodded seriously while listening to the voice from the other side of the phone before closing it.

It was quite an old-looking phone… hmmm… the one that would mostly be used in armies with big batteries.

"As--... Masato-san. Are you an extra Servant summoned in this war?"

"Oh, Indeed I am."

There was nothing to hide, Masato thought. After all, sooner or later, that mad Caster will make his entry into this war. At that time, everyone would pretty much find out about him being an extra Servant.

"Then if it's okay with you, would you like to come with us?" Irisviel asked with hope in her voice as she looked towards Masato.

Masato's eyes narrowed looking at her. Normally, he would not go after a married woman; especially if they are living a happy life.

Even though Irisviel's life was tragic and short-lived, he wouldn't interfere with it. But looking at her innocent face and remembering her future, he wondered if he should save her or not.

To be honest, if he wanted, it would not be hard for him to save her.

His knowledge about Soul and the Human body has far exceeded the humans of this world. After all, even if this world is that of the Magic world, the knowledge of Soul Society has long passed them in terms of the Soul and Body department.

He could easily create an artificial human body for her and inject her soul into it, or he can create a modified soul with her soul as basic and have it eaten by some Homunculus with the same looks as her.

In short, he had many methods to save her. But then there was nothing for him in it, so he really wondered if he should do it or not.

If Irisviel was lonely and didn't have such strong feelings towards Kiritsugu, he might do it.

But now…

'That is why I never liked Fate that much… too much emotional shit to think about. The only thing good about would be waifus… if one doesn't see their background.'

"If it is alright with you, Irisviel." Masato nodded with a soft smile that looked harmless to animals and humans alike.

"An extra Servant?" Sitting on his chair, listening to the voice coming from the Gramophone placed at one corner of his office, Tokiomi questioned.

"Yes. According to Assassin, he is an extra Servant summoned in this war." A heavy male voice came from the other side of the Gramophone, answering Tokiomi's question.

"Extra Servant… this is the first time something like this has happened." Tokiomi frowned while looking at the glass of wine in his hand, "Aster Pendragon… the God Slayer… are you confident enough to beat him, Your Majesty?"

He asked seemingly no one before golden particles formed in front of him.

A person came out of the golden particles, having golden hair up like a blazing flame. He was a handsome man, with blood-like crimson eyes.

"Are you making fun out of me, Tokiomi?" He looked down on Tokiomi and asked, "Or do you really think that this King can't defeat him."

"Of course not, Your Majesty!" Tokiomi hurriedly bowed towards this man and said, "I was just wondering if Your Majesty knows of the reason for his summon."

"Humph! I don't need to know who enters my garden, that is the duty of the watchdog. Or are you perhaps saying that I should know it myself?"

The man doesn't seem to like the Tokiomi question. His eyes narrowed before he turned around and started to leave the room.

"It doesn't matter who enters this war. As long as I am here, no mongrel should dare to touch this King's treasure."

His body suddenly turned into golden particles and vanished.

Seeing this, Tokiomi sighed in relief before sitting back down on his chair with a deep frown, "Kirei… send an Assassin to spy on him. Find out the reason why he was summoned if not for the Holy Grail."

"Yes… my master."

"Ohhh~!" Looking at the big mansion, Masato had stars in his eyes. He didn't see something like this in Bleachverse, and even though he has memories of his past life, they were just memories in the end.

To him, it felt like he was watching his past life playing on a TV. The only thing that merged with his being was his past experiences of fighting.

Alaya seems to think that other things were unnecessary.

"Do you like it, Masato-san?" Irisviel smiled seeing the childish look on Masato's face as if seeing his favorite toy.

"Um. It's not that bad. Definitely better than some castles in past Britain."

He was not lying as he really thought that the mansion was fairly better built than some castles in his past life; otherwise, he would not be this surprised.

"I am glad that Masato-san likes it."

Masato nodded before looking towards Saber, who was wearing a black suit. He had to say that it suited her quite a lot. She definitely looked like a bodyguard that one would love to have.

'I should wear something too…' He looked down at himself, seeing that he was only wearing pants.

"Does Masato also wants to wear modern clothes?" Seeing him looking at her and then himself, Saber asked.

She was wearing these clothes because she cannot dematerialize herself. She wondered if Masato also wants to wear such clothes.

Masato nodded. Even though he felt quite natural being shirtless, for some reason, he still didn't want to remain shirtless all the time. He was not an Ice Mage.

"Then--"

"No need." Masato shook his head as Saber was about to say that Irisviel can get some clothes for him.

He closed his eyes and used <>. His body glowed for a second before a loose black shirt appeared on his body with "I Love my Mother" written before. His pants also vanished and changed into white shorts.

The earrings on his ears also vanished. But the necklace was still there, now above the black shirt.

"This will do." Masato nodded while looking at his clothes.

"This…!" Irisviel looked astonished as she saw his shirt and asked, "This is a magic item?"

"Oh, you can tell?" Masato nodded before saying, "It indeed is a magic item. It can increase one's defenses to the level of a tank! Not only that, they will never get dirty nor will they be destroyed - as they are indestructible, making them impenetrable! The only way to damage the person wearing it would be by by-passing it. Really good stuff."

With the evolution of his <> to <>, he was not restricted to weapons only now.

He could even create garments with different effects now. If given enough mana, he would even be able to create a whole functioning world!

Irisviel's mouth was open wide, hearing it. She didn't know how to reply to Masato's seemingly able to create such magic items with no difficulty at all.

After all, his clothes were something that even the <> of a Caster would not be able to create this easily that he created in a single second.

"As expected from Masato," Saber doesn't seem to be shocked and nodded. She already knew how strong Masato was, so she was not surprised that he was able to create something like this.

Irisviel wanted to ask Saber why she was not surprised seeing this when she heard a somewhat heavy voice from the front of the mansion gate, "Iri, you are here."

A little shorter chapter than normally as today I am extra lazy due to rain… forgive me. Rain after a constant 40-degree temperature outside was like a blessing of God.

So I slept like a log.

Even so, this chapter is about 1.7k. Only about 300~500 words are less than my normal chapter.
