Throne of Thorns

Born the daughter to a mistress, Atina frequented the residence her mother spent her time. It was there she met the Duke's son, Airen. Though older than him, the two bonded over their disdain for their inevitable futures and took comfort in each other. Atina shared her dream of running away and living her life out in the forest with Airen, a life he'd never even considered but suddenly longed to join her in.
