They killed until the leader of the horde came out. He started throwing rocks which will reflected back at the beasts with only a little move. The others were stunned but by now they got a certain amount of tolerance to what he could do. The beasts died one by one until the leader saw it couldn't win and wanted to escape but at the time the city lord attack the beast while he wanted to run, so it couldn't dodge the attack. So it was killed with one move, since the city lord was already at the limit of legend rank and had already started his foundation on the ICE LAWS. After the leader was killed the rest spread around and were easily killed by the rest, the city lord god the soul of the beast leader and just like that an anti-climactic war ended. And will sent his clone to take care of the root cause of this problem once and for all.
The battle ended just like that with no one dead and all of this was Will's contribution. Without all those items from Will, it would be hard for Glory City to hold its place. So now everyone knew if they were alive was because of will and his girls, he not only gave them something to make their cultivation better like elixir but also made them stronger and gave them the bombs as well.
And they knew that with the elixir at least legend rank can be achieved by them, so the guards and everyone on the wall subconsciously knew that will had saved them one way or another. So they already were loyal to him on a certain degree.
After the fight will and the girls went back home and let the people clean up what was left, after going home he told the girls to prepare for their departure which was left half way so they did, in 2 days they would leave the city. The girls had already said their goodbyes before the horde and they only had to take their items which they did. Will only said that they would go after 2 days because he wanted to rest since he hadn't had a good rest since he started the worlds jump because he wanted to go back fast to his world. But the girls didn't allow him to rest, so he used time law and increased the time in his room this way he satisfied his girls and spent more time aside from this stuff with them talking, and getting to know each other better, and playing games. After 2 weeks being inside while only two days going outside he stop his laws and time resumed, they slept that night and were ready for their journey once more. Will gave those two weeks to those girls because he didn't want to think of them as trophies, this was the first act he did that was not for himself or his purpose. It felt like he had mellowed out a little after spending so much time with people that loved him. And for once he actually quite like it.
