Coming of the Runway King: Lucien's Story

Putting Kain in his place satisfied me a lot more than I thought. It abated the hate in me a little but I knew that totally ruining him is what that would bring me absolute joy. Elijah and I looked at each other as Clive hugged me in gratitude for standing up to him (Kain). We both made a silent vow that we would protect our loved ones no matter what.


"If you need anything, please let me know. I would like to help ". Clive said. "Actually, there is something we would like help with. Is your agency looking for models ? Lucien is interested in becoming one and we are currently hunting for a good agency that is willing to train Lucien and make his debut in the modelling industry." Elijah asked. Clive turned around and began to assess me from top to bottom.


It felt a little weird but I held it in knowing that he is trying this best to ensure that I am in the stage that I want to do it and let them believe in the fact that they will not be sorry in putting their trust in me. 


" Yes, we are looking for new models. Lucien is definitely in our criteria but he will have to come in for an audition and based on his walk, he will be put into a training group for 5 months and then comes his debut". Clive said.


Anticipation filled me up. I couldn't believe that my hero thinks that I am good enough  to join the industry. 


Elijah couldn't help but smile when he was looking at me. It brought to my mind that we still needed to talk about other things. I was about to speak when " However, I feel that my agency is not a fit for him now but he should definitely try  Dream Giver Entertainment. They are a better fit for newbies and rookies". Clive's suggestion brought back a lot of memories from my previous life. 


Dream Giver Entertainment was a famous agency that was not to be taken lightly.  They were kind to their talents, generous to their employees and above all favored in the modelling industry. The man behind it all was none other my best friend, Valentino Ασήμι.


He started it at 14 hoping that it would help newbies and rookies fight for a chance to be a part of this world. 


We were good friends until Kain forced us apart due to his scheme. This made Valentino believe that I caused him harm and thus threw away our friendship. 


I jerked at the loud yell. Elijah and Clive looked concerned and I was about answer when I suddenly realized that my face was wet with tears. "I...." I couldn't speak and then the unexpected happened. Elijah and Clive pulled me into a hug. The warmth that I felt from them finally unleashed the dam that I had kept a tight lock on. 


I cried in both of their arms. They just held me and soothed me. I knew that I had to tell them the truth. "Big Brother Clive, I would like to join your agency. I am ashamed to go to Dream Giver Entertainment. Please don't make me go." I mumbled through the tears. 


"Alright. I will not force you as will Elijah. It's okay". With that, I fell into a peaceful sleep unaware that I just triggered two overprotective parent bears as well as a mini bear and in the future many bears.
