The biggest dilemma now was, how would she find blood in the middle of the night. But then, she was reminded of the woods that resided in the outer boundaries of the city. It would be easier to hunt in the woods. She couldn't possibly go to the blood bank and ask for blood without any verification. Could she? Finally having decided it all, Linda braced herself to be ready to go hunting. She calculated the time it would take her for hunting any small creature, probably a rabbit and the time for going to the woods and the way back.
It all amounted to roughly ten minutes, given that she ran with the fastest speed that she acquired. Linda was however, a bit skeptical at the thought of running at her fastest speed limit. She had not practiced since long, so it almost made her doubt herself. But thinking about the baby, she steeled herself and finally made her mind to go hunting.
