A STRANGER

i returned to the dorm at around 11:00a.m. No one was there and so i lay on the bed, this time i actually felt headache and hence, i made a green-tea for myself. My mind was kind of disturbed with the incident that happened in the tattoo shop. I didn't really know why that owner behaved like that. But the curiosity inside me was at the peak to know the whole matter. At the same time on the other hand, i was thinking about Aidan and the way he talked to me. I was unable to sort out that "did i done a good thing or bad by exchanging numbers." May be I don't really wanted to sort that out and so i just left those thoughts inside my mind and took a nap.

After a nap for about two hours i felt like someone is shaking me so badly and in order to find out who, i opened my eyes and found that its Julia.

"Are you awake?" Julia asked.

"No, i was sleeping but you waked me up." I said

"Oh! Sorry,sorry. Sleep again." Julia said.

"Huh! Shut up. How are you feeling now Aahana?" Anna asked.

"Am good." I said.

"There is a news for you." Sarah said.

"What?" I asked.

"Its our project given by mr.jose on the roles of revenue mobilization in economic growth and development. And he said to convey you a message from him." Sarah said.

"What message?" I asked.

"Get well soon and submit your project until the last date." Sarah said.

" You guys have no manners, really!" I said with a kind of high voice.

"Why that so?" Julia asked.

"You don't have sense of time and talks. Like who the hell talks about project when a sick person is just awake?" I said in a calm high voice.

"I didn't say anything." Anna said.

"Ya, you are my only real friend." I said.

"I didn't say anything as well." Julia said.

"Well, in that case you were the one who woke me." I said aggressively and we four laughed.

I got freshed and started researching on the project's topic.

"Is it a kind of group project?" I asked.

"No, singulars have to do this." Anna said.

I resumed searching with the cup of hot green-tea in my hand. While scrolling through some pages i heard a voice of my phone and i saw it was some number. I picked up the call.

"Hey, free?" The person on the call asked.

"Well, who are you." I asked.

"Guess." He said.

"Probably someone who don't have any work accept for disturbing others." I said in such a rude voice.

"Aahana, its Aidan. Didn't you saved my number?" He said.

As soon as i hear this, i left the room and ran towards the gallery area.

"Are you on the call?" He asked

"Yes, i am. Sorry i didn't recognise the number. I forgot to save it." I said.

"Oh! Its ok. Are you free?" He asked.

"Not really. Am doing work given by your respected father." I said.

"Then it must be some kind of boring project. Isn't it?" He asked.

"Yes, it is. But not that boring." I said.

"Then enjoy doing that. Bye..and sorry for disturbing." He said.

"No! You are not disturbing. And if you want to talk then we can for some minutes." I said.

"I don't have any serious thing to say, but just wanna ask you to come on dinner tomorrow." He said.

"And why that so?" I asked.

"Nothing like that, its just a casual invitation from an economic frustrated student to an economic frustrated student." He said.

"I don't want to come and wait, Who said that am frustrated with economics. Its my favourite subject." I said.

"I love that subject too." He said

"Is economic that good to be get loved? Like its kinda boring." I said.

"Now, you are really confusing me. Lets just change the topic." He said.

And I just laughed...!

"What were you doing today at the tattoo shop. Getting a tattoo?" He asked.

I was think if he is worth trusting to share my problems. Well, my aunt said to me once that you can't trust someone just from the way they talk. And so, i deny the thought of sharing my problems with him.

"No! Its not like that. The owner was my relative and i was just there to greet him." I said.

"Really was he your relative?" He asked in such a shocking voice.

"Yes, any problem?" I asked ."

"No, but he is really strange. No one had ever seen him crying or laughing or talking to someone much. How can he be your relative." He said.

This line of Aidan bring my curiosity at the highest level and now i just want to find out who is this owner.

"Why are you refusing to meet me? Am i not trustworthy?" He asked.

"Aidan, we are meeting tomorrow." I said.

" Sure?" He asked.

"Yes, am sure." I said.

"You are really hard to understand. Aahana." He said.

"Yes i know that. We will meet tomorrow at Hollybelly5." I said.

"Can't we go somewhere else?" He asked.

"Do you want to go or not?" I asked.

"Ok! Done Lepi Dupin at 7:00p.m. ms. Blackmailer." He said.

"Ok, but can't we meet at Hollybelly5?" I asked.

"No! Hollybelly5 only serves breakfast. And Lepi Dupin is a nice restaurant to eat at." He said.
