Through The Rain

Sadie found a comfortable spot on the cliff and sat with her legs crossed and her back straight. She rested her hands on her knees and relaxed her body from head to toe. She closed her eyes and let herself be one with nature.

Sadie sat there with a clear head when she suddenly felt something cold and wet drop on the back of her hand that was on her knees. At first, she ignored it until it was followed by another one and soon, she realized what it was and what was going on.

She opened her eyes and saw that it was already raining. "Damn. I thought I still had at least half an hour," she said. It started as a drizzle, then soon it came pouring without giving Sadie enough time to stand up and take shelter. "Shit! Couldn't you just wait until I come home?"
