The truth.

Dylan tries to lean closer, but I take a step back. "Bye." I say, looking at him before walking away.

I get out of the hospital with my family, leaving Dylan behind me. I am not mad or something; I am just confused; I need to think. We get in the car, and my dad starts driving. When we get home, I immediately go upstairs, reaching my room.

Before entering, my sister blocks me and looks at me, asking: "Do you want to talk about what happened?" I shake my head, and I answer: "If I need something, I'll call you. Thanks." She nods and lets me enter my room. I lock it, and I sit down on my bed, trying to clear up my ideas.

I suddenly receive a message.

From Jennifer: Hey, where did you go? I need to talk to you.

I immediately answer.

To Jennifer: I was at the hospital. If you come over, I'll tell you everything.

From Jennifer: Oh God! I'll be there soon. See ya.
