Cerulean Asha POV
Awakened by the rays of the morning sun, I got up and stretch my arms.
I wore my slipper, tied my hair with a rubber band and fixed my printed 'smile for me' pink shirt and yellow banana pajama's ready to fight another day.
I opened up my room's window and the cold breeze of the morning air welcomed me as I said my good morning to the nature in front of me and huff a heavy breath.
Happily hopping and humming while walking out my room after doing my morning routine, I went outside to start my day by sweeping any dirt brought by the storm last night.
I was yawning and do some light stretching only to be stopped on my tracks when I saw a man in a fetus form lying on the bermudagrass outside of my house.
He was wearing a grey top tank, black cargo shorts, white rubber shoes and a red checkered long sleeve polo tied to his waist.
I hurriedly picked the broomstick near the wooden shoe rack beside the walnut door and cautiously used it to poke the foot of the man.
He moved, making me to step back. I saw him gripping his hair tightly as he mumbles some words in a low voice which I cannot hear.
I couldn't see his face because his arms were covering his face as he grip his hair, poking him again, he immediately woke up and sit.
There I saw him looked around with a confuse face then suddenly recognition appeared, and when he looked at me, he had this mixed emotions of longing eyes.
I gasped as I recognized who the man is.
He was the man I saw last week, I pointed my finger at him like he did something bad and I saw him furrowed his forehead, gone the mixed longing stares.
"Y-you!, w-who are you?" I asked stuttering. I did tried not to stutter but I did. First, I don't know who he is and I just saw him lying outside my house.
Second, I just only saw him last week outside my house while I was going to buy some vegetables from Uncle M.
And lastly, I honestly don't know him except I had this feeling that I know his name and I forgot who he is
His stares went soft, so soft that you would get guilty of pointing your fingers at him. I slowly hid my pointed finger at my back shyly and awkwardly.
He's cute and handsome, wait what? I shake my head a little to shrugged off the thought of finding him cute and handsome. What am I thinking?
He stood up after sighing and shook his head. He wiped the dirt that stuck to his clothes but not all of it was removed because the ground was a bit wet because of the storm last night
After doing it, he stretch his arm for a handshake and smiled at me "My name is Aurelius Azure but you can call me Azure" he introduced his self softly.
I reach for his hand after setting aside the broomstick still hesitant to accept his hand for a shake but in the end, I accepted it because he seems to bring no harm.
"Azure?" I asked after a short shake and quickly withdrew my hand earning an awkward chuckle from him while he scratch the back of his head shyly.
Right after saying his name, I felt heat, and a pang of pain started to grow making my knees gave up on me, but Azure was eager to catch me before I totally be embraced by the ground.
It started at my forehead and then it crawled all over my head.
I grip my head as if it would helped me to lessened it, I heard him calling me looks like he knew me.
A memory appeared, it happened last night. It flashed like a movie but it was fast forwarded.
I remember him now, he was not only the man that I saw last week but he was also the man I saw last night.
The man who smiled softly then painfully as a lone tear fell on his eye as if he was saying his goodbye.
I looked at him with recognition but then another wave of pain attack and before closing my eyes, I felt him carry me and went inside my house.
Third Person POV
After Azure carry Asha to go inside the house and place her on the soft white cushions of a wide bamboo sofa.
He couldn't stop to sit beside the unconscious Asha, stared lovingly and longingly at her while caressing the chubby cheeks of the woman.
Azure placed the loose hair of Asha at the back of her ear, and again stare at her softly this time while remembering how she grip her head in pain earlier.
"My sweet Asha, what happened to you earlier?" He muttered and then looked around the house.
He was impressed by the simplicity of the interior. The maroon window frames complement well with the brown color of the bamboo.
There was a set of bamboo sofas' with white soft mattress and a small round glass table at the center and there on top of it, he saw the potted blue tulips.
'I knew it! I bought potted tulips' he couldn't stop to comment inside his mind.
In front of the sofa, just a few feet away was a simple wooden shelf that has three layers, the upper for the television, middle part for the DVD player, and for the bottom was bags of CD's maybe
There was a walnut door on the right side of the wooden shelf that is covered by light colored beaded curtain, maybe that's the bed room.
And on the left side of the shelf was a single door refrigerator, in front of it was a round table that has fruits place on top of it and on the left side of the table was the kitchen.
The table was near to the window where a small amount of sun can help lit inside the house
There was a brown small two single door cupboard above the kitchen where all utensils used for cooking were hanged on the wall
On the left side again of the kitchen was a door leading to the bathroom and another door covered in a beaded curtain. maybe another bedroom
There was a chime and a dream catcher on the window near the door on the right side of the sofa.
The house is well lit of natural light and Azure can't help to nod his head in satisfaction of the simplicity of the house.
It may be small for him as he was raised in a big mansion with big rooms but the comfort of it was undeniable as the house was not suffocating but welcoming and calm.
It was way different from their mansion
"I guess nothing beats a simple house wherein you look forward to come home because of the comfort it brings" he uttered and close his eyes to feel the simplicity of life.
Asha moved a little and slowly she open her eyes and she saw Azure whose eyes were closed.
