CHAPTER 32

Still brooding over what she had seen, Kim laid in bed sobbing silently. She felt her heart rip to pieces.

“I thought he loved me. Why go after her again?” this thought kept ringing in her head and this made more tears drop.

She heard the door open and without raising her head she spoke up.

“I am not in the mood for this Landon, please go away.” She mumbled with her face buried in the bed.

“You know acting like that is kind of childish right?” Ruby stated and Kim raised her head immediately she heard the voice of a woman. It sounded familiar, but she hoped it isn’t who she thought it was.

After seeing Ruby, she showed an angry countenance making Ruby smiled.

“What are you doing here? And who let you in in the first place?” Kim asked angrily and Ruby sighed.

“I needed to see you because, in as much as we don’t like each other, I don’t want to see my friend get hurt.“ she said and Kim arched her brows.

“How do you mean?” she asked.
