Alexandra lives a shitty life in a shitty town and works as a photographer for a shitty newspaper company while getting hit on by her perverted boss. Right when life seems bleak, she stumbles upon a story that will earn her more money but what happens when she finds out that a whole train of passengers disappear without a trace and not even the police could find a single clue how? What will she do when she sees that she has sunk into a whole different world she could never even begin to imagine and along the line, finds out who she really is?

"Are you sure about this? Using you as bait?" Orion asked me for the millionth time. 


"Yes yes. I'm very very sure" I groaned. 


"You know, we could just go with Ulrick's plan. Use a portal to get to Agra, kill Adriana, seal the soul eaters, save everyone and live happily ever after". 


"That won't work" I insisted. "I'm sure what they're planning is bigger than what we think. We have to go with my plan". 


"Fine" he sighed. "They're getting close and if Rowan tries to hurt you, I will kill him". 


I smiled. It felt nice knowing someone loves me so much. What did I ever do to deserve him? The sun had set and the moon was already out, shining brightly. I remember Rowan saying today's the last day. I think it meant that whatever ritual they were planning, had to happen today. 


He grinned, moving closer to me. "I'm always ready to kiss you".
