“So your telling me you found me in a river a week ago? How’d I get here?” James asked the nurse. 


“Sir I’ve told you countless times you were taken in after a bystander saw you in a river. They called us to take care of you. Now rest!” the nurse said urgently. 


Something didn’t add up. He had fought Ultimate X but how’d he get to this time? Where was Mysterious X and the others? Where did his suit go? Why had he been brought here instead of his proper timeline? Was Ultimate X out there? Was he responsible for this? So many questions whirled in his head and so many things were left unanswered. He would rest and figure things out later. 


“My how the mighty have fallen. Look at what you’ve become Mysterious X. Well since your dead might as well have a little fun.” Malsuffice said levitating his body of the ground. He then vanished without a trace.
