Land of Waves

-Yuki's P.O.V-

I woke up in the morning. I didn't thought that I would take much time meditating. I can now control those emotions but not fully. I need to take over my body now because today is the day of Waves ark means I'll be able to see Zabuza and Haku. What country is that again? Land of Waves or Nami no Kuni.

I'm thinking if I should save the two or not. They need experience but I really don't want my cute innocent Haku to die. I need to decide it until tomorrow and of course the plan. If only the others are awake, they will help me to decide easily and surely. I still feel uneasy about it. I really don't have good instinct but... I hope nothing happened.

'I wish you'll to wake up now as soon as possible.'

'Who are them?' Kurama asked.

'You will know when they wake up. Be patient.'

'Okay.' He said and sleep again.

'You really are lazy fox, Kurama.'

We are now having a mission to catch that demon cat. Is that cat really a demon or a summon cat? It's always so hard to catch it and she never dies. Is that cat still alive in Boruto? I hope not.

"This is Yuki, arrived at point D."

"This is Sasuke, arrived at point B."

"This is Sakura, arrived at point C."

"..."

"This is Naruto, arrived at point A."

"You're slow, Naruto."

"Okay, team 7... The target has moved. After it!" Kakashi-sensei commanded and we jump out to trap the cat.

"Okay, he's here." Said Naruto who's hiding on the branch of the tree where Sakura's hiding. Sasuke and I's position is the same but I'm the one who's on the branch. We change our positions trying hard not making Tora notice us.

"What's the distance to the target?" Kakashi-sensei asked.

"Five meters. I'm ready to go 'ttebayo."

"I am, too." Sasuke.

"Me, too." Sakura.

"Hm."

"Okay... Go!" Kakashi-sensei whispered hardly as we jump towards Tora to catch her.

"I got you!!" Naruto hold Tora tightly and she start to scratch his face. I took her from him and softly pet her and she calm down.

"If she doesn't calm down earlier, I'm going to use Kurama and I'm sure if that happened...'

I shook my head and I continue to pat Tora.

"Does it have ribbon on his right ear? Is it our target Tora?" I heard Kakashi-sensei asked.

"It's the target for sure." Sasuke answered.

"Okay. 'Operation Capture Tora the Lost Pet' complete." Kakashi-sensei said as I take off the ear set on my right ear knowing what will happened next.

"Isn't there a more excited mission that can we work on?!" Naruto shouted on the mini microphone.

'Sign, poor them.'

-In the School Building-

"Ohh, my cute Tora-chan. I was so worried about you!" Said the Daimyo's wife named Shijimi. She is hugging Tora to death who's crying hoping anyone to help her.

'Lock her if you don't want her to run away.'

"That cat's getting what he deserves." Naruto said.

"No wonder he ran away..." Sakura said back.

"Now then, Kakashi's team 7 next mission is... Babysitting Yojyu-sama's boy, grocery shopping at the neighboring town, Helping digging up potatoes..." Before Jiji finished, he is interrupted by Naruto.

"No!" Naruto shouted and making his hand in an X sign.

"No thanks to all of these! I want to do a more exciting mission! Choose something else!" He shouted again.

'There's some truth to that.' Sasuke

'What a troublesome guy.' Sakura

'Sigh... I knew he was going to do this soon.' Kakashi

"Idiot! You're still a novice ninja! Everyone needs to start with the easy missions to gain experience!" Iruka-sensei lectured him.

"But, but...! We've only been doing dumb missions lately!" Then Kakashi-sensei knock Naruto down but still can stand.

"Cut it out." He said.

Then Jiji's rant starts. Naruto and I didn't listen to it but I pretend to listen so I won't get in trouble like Naruto.

"I had tonkatsu ramen yesterday,so I'm going to eat miso ramen today."

"Listen!" Jiji shouted.

"I'm so sorry." Kakashi-sensei apologizes to him. Naruto then face him and said, "You always lecture me like that, jii-chan. But I'm not the kid who used to pull pranks anymore! Hmph!"

'Sigh, I'm going to get scolded later.' Kakashi thought rubbing slightly the back of his head.

'He was only able to express himself through pranks, but...' Hokage.

"Okay, I understand. If you insist... I will allow you take on a C ranked mission. It's to escort a certain person." Jiji said.

"Really?" Naruto pleasingly asked.

"Who? Who? The Daimyo-sama? Or a Hime-sama?" he asked excitedly.

'Sigh, don't get your hope up, Naruto. It's just a drunk bridge builder man.'

"Don't get so hasty. I'll introduce him now. Can can you please come in now?" Jiji asked to no one. They all looked at the door.

"What? They all kids." A old man with dark white hair like kakashi's said. He drink his beer not caring of his surroundings. He stopped drinking and said, "Hey, is the smallest one there with the idiotic face a ninja?" Tazuna asked.

"Hahaha. Who's the smallest one with the idiotic face?" Naruto asked. The four of us lined up and saw, Sasuke, Sakura, Naruto and... me. Me?! No. Naruto and I have the same height. But...

"Who's the Idiotic face?" I asked.

"The two of you." He said confidently to me.

'R-Really? Do I look like an idiot, Hana, Kurama?'

[ No, Yuki-sama. You are beautiful. He's just saying what he want to say. ]

'That's right Yuki. Don't believe that OLD man. He is easy to kill.'

'Thank them old man or I'll bury you alive together with those fan girls.

"I'm going to kill!" Naruto shouted trying to attack Tazuna but got grab by Kakashi-sensei.

"Don't the man you're supposed to escort, idiot!" Kakashi-sensei said to Naruto not realizing that I also got insulted.

'Are they really programmed like that? Even if I'm here now, I didn't change anything. At all. It's started to scared me. But I wish that i can change something here for good. Something like... Jiraiya's death. I shouldn't think about it for now, I need to find a solution about Haku and Zabuza.'

"I am the bridge building expert, Tazuna. Once I have returned to my country, I will have all of you protect my life with yours while I complete the bridge." He said.

"Really? Earlier you have problem with us being kids now you will asked us to protect you with all our life? They why don't you just raised your request's rank since you didn't want kids to protect you?" I asked hinting something and slightly threatened him without anyone knowing. He started to sweat. Lucky for him, Kakashi-sensei speak.

"Then guys, meet us at the main gate and bring important things to you. We will not be here for a while." He said as he disappeared.

I then walked out of the room and teleported inside my apartment. I packed few ninja weapons, my cellphone, clothes and other important things. I didn't realize that I can use my own space because I'm so distracted about keeping Zabuza and Haku alive.

After I finished pack all of the things I needed, I walked towards the gate and saw them there already. I was surprise that Kakashi-sensei is not late.

'I thought he is gonna be late again because this mission is easy. For him not them.'

"Alright! Let's go!" I heard Naruto shouted out of nowhere.

"What are you all excited for?" Sakura asked.

"Because I've never gone outside this village before." He excitedly said while looking something far anywhere.

"Hey, will a kid like this really be capable of this mission?" Tazuna asked Kakashi-sensei.

Then anything is just like in anime so I didn't bother to listen. As we started walking, I sensed two chakra signature hiding from us. It looks like the 'Demon brothers'. They didn't even bother to masked their chakra well. Are they underestimating Kakashi the 'Copycat Ninja'?

The two's presence vanish and It looks like It's time for them to ambush us. I saw a puddle in the middle of the way.

'Are thy that stupid to think that no one will notice them? Sigh, be thankful that you will not fight me for now because this three need experience if not.'

They attack us and as expected, Kakashi-sensei didn't help as so I am. the fight is just like in the anime but this time, Naruto didn't get injured because he didn't get scared and help Sasuke for some reason.

'Maybe I really did change something.'

"Tazuna-san, I need to talk to you." Kakashi-sensei said and he tie the two on the tree.

"These two are Chunin level ninja from the Hidden Village of Mist (Kirigakure no Sato). They are ninjas known to keep fighting no matter what the cost." Kakashi-sensei explained.

"How were you able to detect our action?" One of them asked.

Kakashi then started to explain things and I just zone out knowing the results. We are now in the boat sitting quietly. Tazuna telling the truth about this mission and threatening us secretly about his daughter hating us. While I'm just playing with the two inside my mind.

I got kicked out of my mindscape because It's time for us to walk again.

'If they are to attack, they will send Jonin level ninja instead of Chunin level ones. Oh well...' Kakashi.

Naruto started to throw kunai randomly as they also started to scold him. But his last throw hit a white rabbit.

'So it started.'

Sakura hit Naruto and angrily scold him. But out of the sudden, Kakashi-sensei shouted, "Everyone, duck!" We all ducked as we saw a huge sword pass over us.

The Huge sword or kubikiribōchō for short. No. Longer. Hit a tree and a man appeared standing on the top of the kubikiribōchō's handle.

"Oh, my, my, you are Momochi Zabuza, the exiled ninja of Kirigakure no Sato." Kakashi-sensei said. Naruto tried to attact Zabuza but he stopped by Sensei.

"If he's our enemy, I can't win like this." Sensei said as he's about to lift his hitai-ate that is covering his left eye.

"I'm guessing you are Kakashi the Sharingan user. I'm sorry, but I need you to hand over the geezer." Zabuza monotonously said as the atmosphere become tense.

"Everyone, form the manji formation. Protect Tazuna-san. Don't join the battle. To not interfere with the battle you need teamwork." Kakashi seriously said as he revealed his three tomoe Sharingan.

"I'm honored that I can see the Sharingan that I've heard about." Zabuza said. Naruto then asked what Sharingan is and Sasuke explained it.

"That is correct. The scary part of that Sharingan can understand how the opponents technique works, and copy it." Zabuza stated as the mist become thicker.

"When I was in the Kirigakure no Sato's assassination squad, your information in the bingo book I carried asking for your captured." He is about to say something else but I interrupt him with a question.

'I need to tell them that I'm here because I feel like I'm being left out.'

"What does it said about him?" I asked and they all look at me.

'Yes, I'm here y'know?'

"Oh, I'm sorry not noticing you. 'Mage Ninja'." He said and they'll look at me with a shock face. I'm also confuse about how did he know that I can use magic and...

'Hana.'

[ Yuki-sama, I'm so sorry. I kinda think about helping you by training myself so I created a magic clone of you and leave the village time to time. I didn't think there's someone saw me killing those weak ninjas so I didn't get a chance to kill it. ]

'You just casually said kill, Hana. I think I corrupted you.'

"Mage ninja?" Sensei asked him and he smirked.

"You didn't know when she's in your team? Then, let me tell you. She is a A-S rank wanted ninja in the bingo book like you Kakashi. They don't know her abilities but the one who saw her said that she just killed all the ninjas in her way with just a snap of her finger. He also said that she can create ice without any handsigns." He said and I received many shock faces of them.

"Hehehe. I'm just uh, NORMAL genin ninja you know? Maybe you mistake me of that person." I expertly lied and not the sarcasm.

They now start to ignore me and continue what they doing. They all started to fight while I'm just watching the scene. I just need to interfere when something unexpectedly happened.

'I guess being ignored has also a good side.'

The fight end they all lived happily ever after. Joke. Sensei collapse and got carried by the two males. they should be shamed if they let the girls carry that heavy living things.

We've arrived at Tazuna's house and greet Tsunami. I still didn't see Inari but I didn't bother to find him. In the morning, Sensei waked up and talked about Zabuza being alive and Haku being Zabuza's ally. He said that he will train us something like that.

While they are talking, a little boy appeared behind us. I guess it's Inari time or something.

"Inari, where are you?" Tazuna asked.

"I'm home, grandpa." Inari said running to hug Tazuna.

They are having their family moment and Inari said something about us getting killed and something like that. After that argue between Naruto and Inari about hero, Sensei guide out and made us do the tree walking. I easily made on the top so I excused myself.

I already made up my mind. I want them to lived a happy life so I'm giving them second chance. I don't want them to die like how I die in my first life. I don't want.

-Day Two-

We are now having lunch with a comfortable atmosphere but Sakura break it by asking about the picture in the frame. Tazuna shared the story about Inari's dad.

-Day three-

This is the day Naruto meet Haku. Naruto is really working hard but it doesn't pleased Inari.

"Why are you trying so hard to end up like that? You can't beat Gato's men even if you train! no matter how hard you try and say those good-looking words, weak people are going to lose against strong people!" Inari shouted at Naruto.

"Shut up. I'm different from you."

"Shut up! It pisses me off when I watch you! You don't know anything about this country, and you're so noisy! I'm different from you, someone who doesn't know any real pain and just laugh all the time!" Inari shouted while crying. I felt pain sting in my heart. I wanted to tell him what the pain really like. I know that this is going to happened but...

Before Naruto said anything, I got up off the table and excused myself. I walked through the forest so they couldn't find me and started to cry.

'Why? I thought I've already move on. But why do I feel like this? Even if I'm mentally adult in this body, why do I still cry like a child? I feel like there's a knife pierce in my heart that can't be removed. Do I really forgot about you? I wanted to meet you all again but I have to move on. I need to accept the past and face the present, so I can create a better future. Instead of forgetting my past, I need to cherish it. I need to move forward without your memories with me getting in my way because... That's my ninja way!

-The day of the Battle-

We are now having a fight with Haku. Naruto appeared earlier that I expected but it's probably good. Probably not. Naruto now fighting Haku and I'm just here with the Sasuke lying on the floor. I faked about being in the same position as Sasuke but it will make my job easy.

He was about to punch Haku but stopped when half of Haku's mask fall down and saw his face.

"You're the guy from before..."

"Why did you stop?"

"I killed an important friend of yours, but you can't kill me." Haku continued.

"Damn it!" Naruto punch him on the face.

Haku then tell a story to Naruto even his first meeting with Zabuza. Then He requested to Naruto, "Naruto-kun please... kill me."

"I can't beleave that stupid story! Weapon? Tool? You call a person like that an important person? You're okay with that?!" Naruto asked shouting.

"is it wrong?"

"What?"

"What's wrong with that?

"That..." Naruto can't say anything. Haku then tell why Zabuza is important to him. After their argument, Naruto decided to kill Haku as he wish but Haku stopped him and said, "I'm sorry, Naruto-kun." he said as he started to do a one hand handsign.

"I can't die yet." He said as he vanished. he appeared in front of Zabuza and I started to made my move but,

[ Notice: They are now awake. ]

I got distracted by the sudden noticed but shove it off immediately as I looked over Kakashi-sensei and my eyes widened.

Kakashi-sensei's arm pierce on Haku's heart.

My heart sank and tears fall down my eyes.

'I was late...
