Regretted Azrell

"Oh shit, I forgot something in my old house,"

Just returned from one of London's most famous restaurants, Azrell smacked her forehead when she remembered something was left in her old house. Now, it's nine o'clock at night. And yes, she knew very well that at this hour Felia was watching a Hollywood show on television.

Not dating allows her to move freely without having to contact someone about her whereabouts. She's in the car listening to Ariana Grande's music, whose vocal cords are stunning --especially when she sings in such a high voice, her charm is unquestionable--.

With a low-volume singing voice, she turned the car in a different direction from the main house.

"Felia has eaten or not, huh? But if I stop by the restaurant again I'm lazy to pull over," she muttered.

Deciding to keep driving, she finally entered the yard of the house with a row of buildings that looked quite luxurious and well-maintained.

Seeing one of the houses she had lived in several years ago, she immediately entered the courtyard. Her eyes narrowed when she saw the expensive sports car there, moreover, it looked shiny like it had just been bought.

"Huh? Did dad buy another car? Damn, I asked for a new car, but he didn't give it." she muttered with a snort. She stopped the car she was driving, right next to the luxury car.

Remove the seat belt from her body, then immediately get out of the car. She still has nightly activities waiting, such as soaking in the bathtub with aromatherapy, using skincare on her already smooth face, and not forgetting to drink warm ginger to relieve fatigue from working all day.

Started walking, entered the house, and was immediately greeted by a servant who brought a pile of clean and neatly folded clothes belonging to Sam —her father— when the man decided to stay here to accompany the loneliness of Felia. The difference is, Sam stays in this luxurious house, and Felia stays in her simple house with her mother.

"Good evening, Miss. Can I help you?" asked the maid in a very gentle tone, politeness maintained. She looked at Azrell, Miss of the house with interest.

Azrell nodded her head, she couldn't if the scent she liked the most was gone and there was a lot of stock here. "I want aromatherapy and a bath bomb to take home too. You know what I usually use, right?" she said that she meant to come here because she had something she wanted to take, and those were all things she wanted.

"Okay Miss, of course, I know. Please rest first, looks like you just got home from work and look tired."

"Thank you very much,"

After saying that, Azrell stepped towards the living room sofa. She took her cell phone out of her jacket pocket, then looked at the screen to see the time.

Looking around the corner of the house, she looks for Sam's whereabouts because her father's new car is in the yard. She frowned when she didn't hear any sound because usually at night like this, Sam liked to sit in the living room reading a book about biographies and of course accompanied by a cup of americano with smoke billowing to dispel the cold air that entered his body's nerve cells.

"Oh, maybe Daddy's in the toilet," she said because she couldn't find the person she was looking for. Like this, she rarely saw Sam because of their conflicting hours of work and rest. So not being able to chat like the princess and her father, let's just say it was fate.

"Miss, this is what you asked of me."

The words of a woman who was suddenly beside Azrell made her flinch slightly, she saw that the waitress and her order had arrived with a paper bag in her hand. "Thank you very much," she said, reaching for the paper bag and examining its contents.

"Perfect," she mumbled, smiling sweetly. She imagined soaking in a bathtub without a bath bomb as decoration, like drinking tea without sugar, tasteless.

She looked back at the servant. "Where's Daddy? I want to see him," she said with a big smile. It's been a long time since I hit Daddy's body with all my might while hugging the old man very tightly.

How close is Azrell to Sam? what is clear is that her father always treats Azrell with more love, without restrictions.

The maid's face looked confused, even now her brows were furrowed. "Mr. Sam? he hasn't been here since yesterday, he said he has business with the madam and I also don't want to ask them where they are going," she said, explaining what she knew because two days ago Sam had told her.

Azrell raised an eyebrow, feeling more confused than the maid. "Then? Whose car is in the yard? It can't be the neighbor's car, because it's impossible." she finally spoke.

"I don't know about that, Miss. There's a man who approached Felia to her house in the backyard," replied the maid. Her hands were still clenched into fists, showing a very polite pose. Talking to Azrell was quite pleasant because this woman was not at all stiff and easy to talk to, in a friendly sense.

'Felia? does she have a boyfriend? but why not tell me, sucks! must be because they don't want to be taxed on courtship, huh.' Azrell thought to herself while grumbling annoyed that Felia didn't tell her about the visiting man.

Rising from her seat, she tucked her cell phone back into her jacket pocket. "Well, excuse me, I want to go to Felia, bye," she said with a sweet smile.

Slowly, she set her feet covered in high heels about 5 cm because it has become a standard for working in the office. She headed into the backyard through the back door of the house, not bothering to go out and round the house to get there.

When she arrived, she stared at the door of the house. Her hand still holding the paper bag started to reach out to knock on the door.

"Felia, it's Azrell! Are you inside? I bet you're inside because someone was with you there, right?!" she exclaimed excitedly.

Her broad smile never faded from the face that was imprinted on that extremely beautiful face. She couldn't wait to get acquainted with a man who was the lover of her close friend, she would tell all of Felia's goodness which would surely make the man feel lucky to have this woman.

So far she had never seen Felia intimately holding hands with another man. But when it happened, today, to be exact, she was surprised because she was immediately brought home.

Biting her lower lip a little because Felia didn't open the door, she finally knocked a second time.

knock

knock

knock

(knock the door)

Of course, she would support them!

In the next second, the door opened.

"Hey, Fe. Let's introduce--"

Azrell's eyes dropped when she saw a man of athletic build standing right in front of her, hands that floated in the air descending along with a wide smile etched on her face. At first, she was breathing in a calm rhythm, suddenly becoming up and down to hold back the tightness that was starting to well up in her heart.

"L-Leo..?"

Yes, the hoarse voice choking right at the end of her throat was proof that her heart was now completely broken. What she was trying to deny, but it was a fact that had previously been on her mind. She stared at Leo in disbelief, even now her tongue was numb.

"Hi," Leo greeted, smiling faintly at the woman in front of him.

Just a 'hi' greeting, but a big impact on Azrell's heart. No, not because she likes to be greeted by a man who is still her heart's goal. But she was very sick because she knew that the 'woman' Leo was referring to this afternoon was Felia, someone she considered like her sister.

It is true. The deepest wounds come from someone we love, betrayal hurts even more than a breakup.

"Why are you here?" For some reason, the question suddenly came out of Azrell's mouth. Her voice was already shaking, moreover, her eyes were ready to release clear crystals, tears.

Leo nodded his head as if this was no big deal to him.

If a person no longer has a relationship with that person, it is clear that freedom is taken over again.

"Yeah, I'm here to have dinner with my woman," Leo replied with a face that now stiffened a little because in his mind he had already guessed that after this there would be an argument for the umpteenth time discussing the same thing because of carelessness.

Wait a minute, 'My woman'? HEY, THAT IS A LEO PREDICATE FOR AZRELL!

"Why Felia, Leo?" Azrell asked with sad eyes. She looked at Leo as if she was going to get a very detailed answer from the man. Even if she could, she wanted to tell him how the two of them met and ended up wanting to squeak in front of Leo.

Leo looked at Azrell, he knew this might hurt. "Who left, who was hurt? It's a woman's nature to always want to win and get satisfaction, huh?" he asked in a calm tone, but of course, it pierced Azrell's heart.

"But at least you have to respect me as a former lover who still loves you, Leo! Not to mention that Felia is the closest person to me, why did she betray me..?"

"Does that woman know that we are dating? Did you ever introduce me to Felia? And what about all the work that piles up every day with no word off except for the night, Felia doesn't have time to open social media to find out about your life, you know?"

Most people are like that, people never realize what items are thrown away at will. Finally, regret it and want to have it again.

"But, Leo... I still love you. Is there anything better than a second chance?"

"Nothing, Azrell. Admit it's your fault. If you want a guy who keeps you updated, you should hook up with an unemployed guy who has plenty of free time to text or call you all the time."

Taking a breath, Azrell looked at Leo with her eyes already very watery. "Yes, it is. It's all my fault Leo, but you can't be mean to me!" said Azrell. She dropped the paper bag in her hand and brought her body closer to Leo, then directly hit the chest area where the six-pack body.

Azrell's cry broke. On this day, she cried twice in a duration that couldn't be considered fast. And again, tonight she had to feel regret for the decision she made when her head was hot. Fiercely, she was still beating Leo, channeling her emotions.

"WHY FELIA, LEO? ANSWER! FUCK, YOU DON'T HAVE A HEART!"

Neither Leo nor Azrell are at fault here, but both have high egos to fix things all over again.

Azrell who is still living and preparing her heart for Leo as if the man will return to her life, and Leo who is quite comfortable with Azrell but has just been dumped and has had a much better and simpler replacement in a very short time since the end of the relationship.

"If I had a choice, I'd rather meet Felia from the start than you, Azrell."
