Chapter 24 "My boss is my boyfriend "

The two of them couldn't sleep recalling about what conspired between them, she pulled her phone to text him , her conscious couldn't let her call him, she won't be able to talk soon after she hears his voice....

"You are so unfair always catching me off guard " (hiding face emojis) ~Tessa

Jordan who was waiting for her text so eagerly, jumped on his bed and grabbed his phone he couldn't stop laughing by her text ,

"So you want me to play it fair? like kissing you in public, sounds cool for me" ~Jordan ~

Tessa buried her face on a pillow thinking of how it would feel to be kissed in public, she blushed red,

"Gosh you are impossible " (hands up emojis) ~Tessa~

"It's too early to surrender to me my dear, when you haven't even told me how our kiss is called" ~Jordan ~

She held her chest that was going up and down , recalling the scene , it was so breathtaking.

"How would I know if you haven't admit it yourself to me Mr, I need a proper proposal to give it a name" ~Tessa ~

He chuckled running his tongue on his white teeth "Geez this cute bunny" he muttered

"A proper proposal? keep it on check Ma'am " ~Jordan ~

She rolled over forgetting that she was on bed to ended falling down to the floor and bump her forehead real hard "Ouch!" she hissed silently not to wake up the two , she got up rubbing her forehead, her mood changed completely and the phone became bitter to her, she texted

"Good night " ~Tessa ~

He was surprised, he never wanted to stop chatting with her , but here she is wishing him a good night, he sighed and thought maybe she is tired and texted back

"Night cute bunny" ~Jordan ~...

The Monday morning light pulled her out of sleep , her head was aching from what happened last night, she laughed at herself shooking her head first her stupid behaviour, well that's how love starts, it makes you do stupid things unexpectedly she thought. She reached her phone and her face was beaming to see his text this early in the morning "Morning my cute bunny" she blushed reading the text word by word again and again, "Morning " she texted back and covered her cheeks with the bed sheet shying as if Jordan was standing before her , "What are you doing?" came a question from Sara and Milly in unison, she got back to her senses and coughed, the two were standing before her like they were some police officers , "Nothing " the two started to laugh as they look at her face "And what is that on your forehead " Milky asked teasingly, "What" she asked them back curious to know what it was , she got up from the bed and rushed to a mirror, she screamed in disbelief "Nooo!" her forehead had a swell on a corner, it made her look like a stubborn six years old child that got into a fight with her friends at school, she didn't know that it would swell "Shoot! I forgot to rub it so it won't swell last night" she cursed herself and Jordan. The two teased her around until she left for office, she kept lowering her head whenever she came across people, feeling so embarrassed about it, the moment she entered the company, her eyes navigated Jordan all over before walking still hanging her head low, she got out of an elevator and bumped onto someone, the smell of Jasmine, sweet, warming and seductive lingered to her nostrils, it felt so familiar, she begged that it wasn who she thinks it is , "Hey bunny" he said in a whisper "Why are you so unlucky damn it!" she cursed herself blaming her stars for dissing her at such situation, "Hello sir" she bowed and walked passed him using her palm to cover the swell on her forehead, Jordan narrowed his eyes not able to understand what was wrong with her, he turned and pulled her wrist making her face him , his eyes focused on where she was covering, "What is that your hiding?" she tried to pull away from him "What are you doing? someone might see us!" she said hurriedly, he pulled her even closer and pinned her by the corridors wall , to see her gasped not able to believe what he was doing when they were at the offices premises "Let me see" he said curiously, the moment his hand touched hers , her palm became numb and slowly fell to her side showing her swollen forehead, "How did this happen?" he grazed his thumb on it to hear her wince "Ouch! I fell down the bed because of you!" she exclaimed and regretted saying it the next second, "Really? " his face brightened up, she lowered her face shying "Aaaa... so it was when you said good night out of blue?" he smiled at her teasingly "I never said when" she slipped from his hands but she wasn't able to take even a single step she was back hugged, she bitten her lower lip and her eyes widen feeling his chest against her back "Did you space out by any chance and fell because of me?" he kept poking her nose on purpose, she shook her head denying it when she already spilled the beans , he slowly turned her and planted a soft kiss on the swell "Sorry " he whispered and kissed again "Very sorry, I'm happy that I could distract you though " he chuckled, Tessa couldn't do or say anything and just stood in silence as he was tending to her pain, just with a simple touch of his warm lips she felt so relaxed. They were startled by a sound of falling files , they both turned at same time to meet with Jin , he was a worker from the financial department, his jaws dropped as well as the documents that he was carrying, she gulped and got out of his arms running to the bathroom, Jin knelt down picking the documents on the floor , Jordan cleared his throat "To my office now!" he bowed and followed him , he sat down on a couch facing him, Jin was sweating, Jordan came to stand in front of him sliding his hands into his pockets "Did you see anything?" questioned Jordan, he waved his hand denying "I saw nothing sir!" , Jordan creased at him giving him that 'Don't you dare to say about it ' look....

"Really?" he asked to confirm with him, Jim raised his hand as if he was taking an oath , "I was just walking by the corridors and saw nothing sir!" , Jordan had a grin in his face , he walked and opened the door for him "Good " he motioned for him to go , Jin didn't waste a moment and left, the moment he stepped out of the office he exhaled wiping the sweats on his face, he walked away with his hand leaning by the wall , his legs went numb from the shock, "I saw nothing " he mumbled. It was at evening when Tessa received a text "Come to the rooftop ASAP" ~Jordan ~ , she walked to the washroom to freshen up , she painted her lips with a red lipgloss then climbed upstairs, . She opened the door but oddly to find no one and was dark, the lights were off and kept thinking why, she walked in curiously "Jordan " once the word came out of her sexy lips the lights turned on and flowers showered down to her, from a bucket that was tied by a light string upwards, she was surprised, so much like a fairy tale to her , she turned from a clicking sound of pair of shoes on the floor, her eyes scanned from toes to to the head and met with his eyes, she stood there spacing out like any other day, Jordan knew about her disorder, she was his spacing out queen, he walked to stand in front of her , he held her waist and pulled her in for a hug and then whispered in her ears making her shiver and close her eyes.

"Will you be your bosses girlfriend?" she smiled with her eyes closed , she couldn't answer and just nodded, he punched his lips against hers , making her fingers hold onto his shirt, he devoured her lips like thier was no other time. Tessa felt like she was losing herself to the cloud nine.He pulled back and rubbed her lips with a pleasing smile, he could see the ups and downs that were taking turn on her chest, he liked how she was reacting for just a kiss , he couldn't stop imagining being with her under the sheets and he bit his lip for having such wild thoughts. He whispered "Thank you .... you taste sweet my love" she blushed covering her face with her palms , shortly something blasted, she was frightened and hug him in a swift , he couldn't pass his laughter "Oh god ! you should cling onto me like this whenever you are scared... I love it" he said patting her back, he held her waist turning her over, she was surprised to see the fireworks on the sky "Good lord! did he prepare fireworks for a proposal? geez! " she screamed in her mind blushing, a smile spread on her face as she kept looking at them, Jordan wrapped his hands around her waist and placed his chin on her shoulder watching too. "Mhh, now what do we tell everyone?" he asked sniffing her hairs "I like your smell' it was a baby soap that she used , her mother used to stock them in their house even though they were already grown up, she bitten her lower lips from the sensation of his voice on her ears and neck "Aaam.... My boss is my boyfriend?" she almost like a question, "Geez!" said Jordan and they laughed along....
