Chapter 40 "Tessa's father "

Lara frowned when she heard Jordan asking her to leave in his office with such humiliating tone, her pride was hurt but she swallowed her feelings with a wide smile , "Oh come on baby! how can I go when I don't even know where is my office?" , Jordan closed his eyes in anger, he almost forgot that this jinx before him was going to work at his company, he felt like screaming remembering his Grandpa George's words, "You will be working at financial department as a manager, now get going I don't want to see your face" he said and turned his back on her, his phone buzzed with a text sound notification, he quickly checked it and wide smile spread on his face as if he wasn't angered just a moment ago,

"I hates it when that bitch touches you! you are only mine to touch!" ~Tessa ~

he was shocked that his cute innocent baby used an abusive language, it was so unlike her but then at the same time he was very amused by her , she was jealous of Lara and very possessive and as of matter of fact he liked it. "Jordan how can you-" she couldn't finish her words , he raised his hand up indicating her to shut up "One more thing..... don't you dare to touch me, I won't repeat myself next time , I hate your ugly hands" he said and waved his hand to shoo her out of his office with a smirk.....♡

She raised both of her hands up staring at them fuming with anger and stormed out of the room Jordan had a pleasant smile on his face after texting his baby Tessa and placed down his phone on his table so he could start to work now, he was very energetic. Tessa unlocked her phone and smiled looking up at Jordan's office,

"She won't do it again, I made sure that she won't my jealous darling " ~Jordan ~

Suddenly her phone rang making her startled, it was unknown number, she picked it up out if curiosity " Hello, who is this?" she was surprised that the other person that called was quite and not saying a word , "Strange " she uttered and was about to hang up and heard him talk which shocked her to her the core , making her eyes widen, "Tessa my dear" , tears fell down her cheeks unknowingly to hear such familiar voice after many years ago. Tessa hang up the phone after speaking to him and wiped her tears, she took her bag and head out of the office, she walked to a famous nearby coffee shop, it wasn't far from her workplace.....♡

Her legs felt so weak once she opened the door, she could see the back of a person that she despises a lot in this world in an expensive suit and bodyguards standing beside him. She closed her eyes to hold back her tears , her heart was racing

she won't cry anymore, she said to herself and walked inside, once she reached the table the bodyguards blocked her way and the man turned to see Tessa, his heart hitched in pain, "Johnny! let her go! and step outside, I need to talk to her in private " said the man with irritated eyes and tone, the bodyguards bowed and walked out , "You must be very rich right now and happy " said Tessa Tessa glaring at him with despised face, the man smiled "Tessa have a seat please " said the man pointing her to seat in front of him. Tessa let out a big breathe and sat down, "What would you like to drink dear?" he questioned looking at her lovingly. "Nothing! I'm afraid I might choke to death in your presence " said Tessa in a cold tone and a faint smile....♡
