Chapter 48 "Connected "

She ran to her office and slammed the door behind her, she screamed "Aaaaaaagh!" throwing away everything that was on her table, tears falling down her cheeks. "So it was you? how date you?! " screaming and broke an expensive flower vase, her hands were dripping blood from all the cuts she had from broking things. She sat on the floor glaring at nothing in particular, she raised her hands up looking at the cuts she gave herself, "I'll make you pay for this! how dare a lowly life like you snatch Jordan from me? you bitch!" she said greeting her teeth.

She felt so pathetic and stupid that this whole time.e she was being played by everyone, everything was right before her eyes but she couldn't see any of it. All this time really and she was right before her nose, she felt betrayed and it so painful that she never knew this is how much it felt to be betrayed by someone you loved the most.

"I love you baby... soon enough I'll end everything " he said breathing with his head laid on her chest again, that was her favourite spot because he liked to listen to her heartbeats the most once he touches her. She felt chill running through her veins, she wasn't over the kiss yet and here comes the breathing of his and sweet words that made her blush red like tomato. She smiled as she kept playing with his hairs. "I love you too hon" she said almost like a whisper. Jordan pulled away staring into her eyes with amusement. "What was that at the end? come again?" he narrowed his eyes, Tessa shook her head for the first time she mustered the courage to call him the sweet names that most of the lovers does, she always find it hard to call her boss such names but then this cold King here wants to tease her with it. 'He could be immature huh ' she thought chuckling getting up from his laps, she leaned and gave him another peck."That" Just what is going on with me she thought feeling weird about this new energy of hers of being fearless.

She gave him a sweet smile like nothing happened, he was in a double shock with her movements nowadays, he can never get used to this version of her, she always surprises him with her actions nowadays.

Tessa could see him blush slightly, 'Wait! what? he just blushed right?' she thought to herself, she felt like clapping in victory with the unbelievable look he had and that's too because of her.

He rashly got up and wrapped her hands around her waist, " Okay then .. I didn't hear that can you repeat again ?" he had that devilish smile on.Okay now she felt trapped she couldn't say the word again.

Tessa have always gone through a lot without a chance to relax or enjoy anything, having Jordan beside her was the most joyful thing that could ever happen to her life. If he wanted a kiss the she is willing to give him that. She doesn't mind even if she kissed him for whole day as long as it doesn't concern intimacy, she wasn't ready for it , in fact she haven't even told him that she got raped before she was scared. Even so she was still glad that he wasn't forcing her on this and is giving her sometime , he knows how hard it is for him because he is a man.

She cupped his cheeks and gave him a kiss on his nose, tben to his thin lips, she was smiling looking into his blue eyes amused, she grabbed his lower lip and sucked it before switching to the upper lip, unknowingly she was already dominant and is currently devouring his lips.

Jordan let her do whatever she wants with his body, he just pulled her even more closer until he could feel her chest with his, he felt like screaming for the whole world to hear how he happy he is right now, he felt so lucky to have Tessa in his life regardless thier life status.

Their session of kisses was halted by a buzzing sound of Jordan's phone, he picked up and put it on loud speaker irritated, "What Pharell?" , Pharell would never stop intruding his sweet moments, they were already floating in the clouds and this fool had to intrude them he thought "Woah! calm down Lion King" said Pharell with a chuckle qt the end, "Fuck Pharell, just what the hell do you want?" he said running his fingers through his hairs furiously. "Okay okay! I just called to inform you that your two should get a room instead of romancing in the office " he said quickly and hang up not waiting for more cursing from his boss.

Tessa gasped lowering her eyes down, her cheeks burning hot 'Wtf Pharell saw them kissing already? Why did it have to be him for god sake? he would tease them to death ' Tessa thought but then reality hit her and she was glad that it was the annoying Pharell that saw them and not someone else , she couldn't imagine what would've happen.

Lifting her head up she found him staring at her with his aroused eyes while she was missing in her own thoughts, he licked his lower lip reminiscing how she just sucked them gently. Tessa felt like chocking by his actions because she can't breath properly at the moment, "I should get going" she didn't wait for an answer and rushed outside, from the way he was ogling at her she knew that he wanted more , he just never gets tired of kissing her infact so leaving was the only escape.

"Aaaaaw... how could she be innocent and wild in a same body? so cute" he shook his head chuckling, Tessa was his unbelievable girl. Shortly he received a text, he unlocked his phone and saw that he was sent a document, he opened and read it while sitting down on his chair, his eyes grew wide upon the content of the document.

He retracted the document and dialled Pharell, "Are you sure you are not mistaken about this Pharell?" he questioned seriously. "I assure you sir, Tessa and her little sister are biological daughters of Mr.Michael, your aunt Maurice's husband, I also didn't believe it at first but then it is confirmed sir" reported Pharell. "But then why they don't acknowledge each others relationship, I wonder what's wrong?" he heard his boss say, "That... you will only get an appropriate answer from Tessa " he said. Jordan hummed and hang up.

"So we're already connected through family, it was fate that brought us together baby, I can't believe this" he said looking at Tessa through the shutters, who was busy with a smile at his cubicle. He smiled too for what he got to know, he was rather excited for her.
