Chapter 59 "I saved you"

Tessa opened her eyes but she was welcomed by an extreme darkness, she couldn't even see herself, she tried to move and found out that she had been tied, her hands were tightly tied on the armrests of the chair.

Fear surged all of her recalling the last such thing happened, Wait! what!? I'm kidnapped!!!?, she gasped feeling a sudden prick on her stomach, the memories floaded at the same time... she went to meet with Lara, they had a fight, she got out of the coffee shop and then... Bang! the door flew open snapping her from her daze.

She could see the light from the opened door which was a bit far from her from the look of it, her heartbeats went haywire, "Who is there? he.. help me! help please!" she shouted out loud as she bursted into tears, suddenly the lights was switched on blinding her , she closed her eyes, she could hear the footsteps heading towards her and when she opened her eyes .... her heart almost leapt from her chest, a pair of hig bodies with beards , they wore full black outfit from head to toe just like how the people at the funerals would, thuer bodies were tatted she could see it through thier necks and hands, one of the man had earings on either sides of his ears and the other one had a nose ring and his eyebrows were slightly cut at the ends, the two were obviously gangsters, Who are these people? Who sent them? No what do they want from me? she had millions of questions with no possible answers at the moment.

"You are up beauty" sneered the man with earings, "Who are you ? What do you want from me?" she yelled confidently the moment she found her voice but soon she regretted as her confidence vanished, the man with nose ring pulled her head back by her hairs , she screamed in pain "Aaaaaaagh!" .

"Lower your voice beauty, you don't wanna get your tongue cut out do you?" he said hovering on her face, she was frightened and quickly shook her head in denial, from the look of it these man could do that much to her and she can't afford that to happen, What was she expecting from goons? .

"Good girl, I like obedient girls " he continued and licked her jawline, Tessa closed her eyes feeling disgusted by these perverted goons! No! the story isn't going to repeat itself would it? her body stiffen at the thought of it, she was trembling , sweat forming everywhere on her body.

The man let go of her hairs and she was grateful for it cause she felt like her scalp would ripped off. "Why am I here?" she said in a low tone, "To get killed obviously!" said the man and they both laughed outod as if killing someone was an easy thing for them. Her eyes widened, No! I can't die yet! she screamed in her mind , visioning each of her beloveds.

"We should inform the boss about her" said the man with earings facing his fellow goon, The man took his phone and dialled thier so called boss, she was wondering who was their boss ? Why would that bother want her dead?.

The call was connected "Hello" came a female voice, Tessa listened carefully than ever but Who is that woman? .

"Hello madam, she is up, what do we do now?" he questioned, "Free her and send her home... Ofcourse finish her you fool!" yelled the woman in fury.

Tessa gasped 'F..f..finish her' she uttered the words shocked , that is when the guy realised that the phone was on loud speaker so the girl heard thier conversation, he quickly turned off the loud speaker and walked out of the wide isolated room, so much like a basement, quite and creepy.

Meanwhile Jordan received CCTV footage from the coffee shop's Street lamp camera from his secret force, he downloaded the file and watched the video carefully on his hand phone. He saw her getting inside the coffee shop and come out after a short while and threw something on the bin, after that q black van took her and the video ended.

He quickly entered his contact and dialled Pharell, "Tell them to track the car now!" he ordered firmly, "Were already on it sir, I'll give you the details soon" said Pharell, he knew the man would go berserk soon if he doesn't fund his girlfriend by the night, Jordan knitted his brows "Make it quick!" he said and hanged up, he was running out of patience but he trusted his secret force under thier strong and smart captain Pharell, they will be able to catch them soon.

But still he couldn't stop his heart from worrying and if something ever happened to her then...

be shook his head telling himself "Nothing will happened to Tessa ! Nothing!" .

Mr.Michael sent out his people too to look for her daughter, It's the rich people's thing you could guess to own secret agents.

A car was stationed a bit far from Lara's mansion, Pharell used a binocular to zoom in at Lara's bedroom, the lights were o so he could clearly see what was going on.

Lara was pacing back and forth in her room, biting her nails with nervousness, when suddenly her phone rang, she quickly took it from her bad and picked it up, "Hello" she said with fear, "Little girl..... you got yourself in something that you can't even handle tsk tsk" said the person on the other end.

"Please keep your promise Aunt Maurice and if you dare to trick me then I won't go down alone!" said Lara determined.

Maurice laughed out loud and just like that the laughter ended shortly "Stop being stupid Lara you are more than that! I know what I'm doing, I've dealt with several cases before and went smoothly..... just stick to the plan! you wanted me to help you didn't you?" said Maurice in a deadly serious tone cause this poor girl might ruin her plan out of her stupid fears.

Lara nodded "Okay.... if you say so" she hanged up and cursed "F**k this mad woman!" she threw her phone back to her bed and entered went to change.

Lara called Maurice to help her in bringing down Tessa, unfortunately the two had same goal and so they made up thier minds to kill her for good so they could both be at peace .

She got out after couple of seconds dressed up, after reading a text on her phone she placed it on her bag before walking out, her parents were worried and never wanted her to go out especially after the police encounter but she was able to shut them up and got out in her BMW.

"The target is moving" said Pharell hinting others through a device he had on his earlobe and started his car following slowly behind her, his secret force shortly joined him from behind carefully not to cause any suspicion.

Jordan received a text and quickly took his cat key and accelerated to the sent destination. Lara drove till to the outside of the town, then further in the woods without fear, unbeknownst to her .... a chain of cars was tailing in a distance behind her cautiously , she got out of her car and locked it before heading into the woods, she entered an isolated building and the door was locked .

Pharell and his man parked a bit far from there so they won't get caught. "F**k! I knew it!" cursed Pharell in his mind, shortly his man surrounded him with black face masks just like his own, his charming face was long gone , for now he was at work! no! the most important work!.

He instructed them and they shortly dispersed heading to the isolated house.

Lara met with Maurice and together they went to see Tessa for the last time before she dies. Tessa's eyes were about to pop out not by seeing Lara but she expected this much from her but the next figure was what made her go in a daze, how could that woman do that to her?.

She chuckled coldly, she was an evil step mother after all.

Jordan was right this whole time , she is indeed Cinderella's step mother, Lara and Maurice were dumbstruck about her, Who chuckle when they are about to die? . "Yeah yeah! go ahead and laugh to your heart fill , it's your last day anyway " said Lara with a glare, Tessa looked at the woman instead of Lara, she ignored her existence. "You! over there... what have I done to you to deserve any of this?" she questioned with hee trembling voice , although she was scared she still mastered the courage to talk.

"Wasn't taking our father and our happiness away enough for You! you are so selfish!" she yelled looking straight at her flaring eyes.

Maurice laughed evily before retorting "Yes! that wasn't enough! that is why I prayed everyday for sick mother to die and for heaven sake she did!" she paused walking closer to her and pinched her chin making Tessa face her... "And now! I'm glad that I'll be sending you to her, then your little sister will follow the two of you! then my family would be happy ever after ! can you imagine?" she pushed her and laughed like a mad woman.

"We should get going " insisted Lara she can't keep staying at such creepy place with such creepy woman like Maurice, she is a mad woman! she thought.

"Oh yes! say hi to your mother at heaven, tell her I'm handling his husband very well" she said mockingly before turning to walk away with Lara who seemed eager to go away.

Herons restrained tears rolled down her cheeks continously, how could people be so cruel?.

Pharell watched the two of them leaving separately in their cars. He texted his boss.

"There are couple of man here sir" Pharrell heard from his ear device, he responded quickly "Let's take them down but make sure nothing happens to lady captured at any cost!" he ordered, "Yes sir!" his force responded in unison.

Tessa was frightened to hear gunshots form outside, she started struggling to open herself but to her dismay they were a bit too tight for her, she needed more time which wasn't there, praying in her head that nobody comes until she is done with the rope.

She jerked to hear the door banged open and the bearded man with guns came in along with several goons. "Wtf! who are they? Police!?" asked one of the goons panting , her heartbeats increased this is it! her last day on earth! she thought looking at the group of man. she closed her eyes when out of blue Jordan appeared and Pharell with a couple of masked man behind them.

No! this has to be a movie! Right! this was a part where the person you were thinking about the most appeared out of nowhere and save you! huh!. Her eyes enlightened when she realised that he was really here, her Danny! she was relieved to see him, the man started to fight with the goons while Tessa tried her best to set herself free, she was able to open her hands, she quickly bent down untying her legs.

The moment she wanted to get up but the bearded man had yo caught her wrist at such moment! she cursed within her "Where to princess?" she tried to get herself out of his hold but he was too strong for her, "Jordan!" she screamed, as the man was a bit distracted she bit his hand harder , the man hissed and slammed her on the floor, she let out a groan "Aaaagh! " feeling her ribs in pain .

Jordan left his man to help his Tessa, she was lying on the floor groaning, he was so scared to loose her, he fought the man and was able to knock him down with a kick, Jordan turned to take a look at Tessa, the beard man took out his gun and pointed to her, her eyes widened in shock.

Jordan's eyes darted between the gun and Tessa, just when the goon was shoot Jordan rushed and went down to his knees hugging Tessa, the gunshot surprised everyone.

Blood gushed down to the floor , "Jordan!" screamed Tessa catching everyone's attention again, she could feel his whole weight on her , she sat upright and held him "I saved you" said Jordan smiling before loosing consciousness.

Pharell took out his gun and aimed at the beard man from where he was , and shoot several times , the man fell down flat. The fight turned even more intense.

"Jordan! No! No! please don't leave me!" Tessa cried as she hugged him even more tighter.
