She bit her lips with a pale face. She held her abdomen and cried, "Baby, it is mommy's fault."

She shouldn't have leave without money. She would have hated herself if the baby had something wrong.

At this time, the clouds became darker, followed by pouring rain.

She got wet. It was too cold to shiver.

She was wandering alone on the street, surrounded by pedestrians passing by in a hurry, none of whom noticed her.

Leslie was crying in the rain. She looked up at the boundless gray sky.

God, why you torture me like this?

A car passed by the road. The noise brought some of her consciousness back.

She ran into the street to wave down help. A car was just a few centimeters away from hitting her.

She went toward the driver's seat and tapped desperately on the window. But she was too weak. She was so afraid that no one would hear her.

"Please save me. Save my baby."

Leslie fondled her stomach, tears mixed with rainwater slid down her small face. She looks like a stray kitten.
