Even more surprising is that Satella failed to notice that there's no wound on her body after falling down from the cliff at least 500 meters tall. All there was is some sticky substance on her that was dried and flaky when she moves around.

But she eventually grabbed her gears and left the place through a door that wasn't blocked. Throughout what she was doing, the shadow never takes a step further to harm her but instead staying cautious until she left.

Coming out of the room, Satella was bathed with the afternoon sunlight. The first thing she noticed was the broken Luna Device on her wrist. It seems that the equipment failed to persist through the ordeal and ended up like this.
